This blog is closed basically unless something goes on politically or socially that affects us in this way. This blog was most useful during Bush when one of the main goals was to trap TIs into becoming terrorist suspects by snapping, or by engaging heavily in 9-11 truth. Also I have gone over the basics of being cautious networking with other Targets as well as in forums for gang stalking. Mind control Survivors need to be especially careful.

One day if I have time I want to perfect this blog. I think the point is clear however that alot that is gs is designed to brain wash Targeted persons for various purposes.

Its clear that gs is covert action. Its black ops but exactly what agency or even private company is outsourced to do this to people is unclear to me personally. In the age of private corporations, super wealthy individuals and military contractors as well as the horrid track records of higher ed like MIT, Harvard etc in human experimentation, continuously claiming "CIA" is a bit ridiculous. Not to mention alot of what is used resembles more FBI capabilities nowadays.

Yet, organized stalking and harassment's use of the scum of the earth is atypical of CIA, especially overseas. I posted a link to an article somewhere on the other blog, its known they indeed engage in this.

And its obvious that many gangs are allowed to operate and got their big break by dealing crack in the cities which can also be tied to such agencies. (Iran Contra etc).

The main reason I posted this blog is due to the ridiculous nonsense I encountered in the TI conference calls.
Total lack of security, never checking anyone out, letting crazies stay and have eartime yet usually most credible TIs would be chased out of the conference calls. Never backround checking group leaders. Said leaders using a lot of mind control tactics. Associating themselves with agitators like Code Pink when its not necessary due to us having very legit and definative complaints about human and civil rights abuses directly.

I have personally experienced one conference call to target me personally even to the point of doing so in REAL TIME when callers realized it was me using a different number. Much of the tech used I had only experienced the gang stalkers having access to such as being able to target someone very quickly, getting a mob of perps on the line quickly.

Mind control tactics are used such as the forum being controlled by one race exclusively and African Americans have a culture that is expert in mind control, especially effective on already downtrodden peoples or enslaved people.

Using Christianity and prayer excludes certain groups, is classic of the 'black' community and is akin to cult mind control.

We must remember this is not based on racism but on history. House slaves as Malcolm X pointed out, would take care of the Master's property as well as keep field slaves in line so they could keep their good lives inside the big house. I have seen this in all races but with blacks in the USA there is a long and specific tradition. Also, we must consider the large number of blacks in COINTELPRO. What they all changed their ways, retired and did NOT pass this way of thinking onto their children?
Also Jonestown. Again a high number of inner city Americans of African or slave descent. All one has to do is listen to the Jonestown FBI tapes instead of Hollywood movies on the subject, to hear just how the People's Temple had degenerated into not only a cult, but what sounded like a kill cult. The people speaking are hateful, violent and dedicated to Jim Jones in a frightening way.
When Jones was ending his flock's lives all he had to do was call his secretary in the US, give her commands and she proceeded to slice her two children's throats and kill herself afterwards.

I have posted enough about subliminals not only in news media but in ads. These are all the same basically- using art to fool and manipulate the human mind.

TIs have to learn to be skeptical in specific ways tailored to their situations. Never trust anyone, always look for red flag behavior dont just become paranoid of everyone and stay on the course-focus on your activism or situation. The main problem with OVERT activism is that its useless against COVERT activity. All we can do is make people aware as well as take legal actions.

Parading around in tin foil hats in Washington DC hasnt done much thus far. Why partake in a shielding action that MIT was nice enough to debunk? And due to the fact that an MIT student debunked the tin foil hat yet did not explain that wrapping RFID cards in tin foil DOES work or explaining what a Faraday cage is, simply lets everyone know that MIT is biased. You can disprove the tin foil hat theory but why would you not then offer to find ways of shielding that actually DO work? Becuz what you are doing is intimating that there is no such thing as mind manipulation or human targeting via technologies. And being that MIT is heavily reliant on military contracts and corporations as well as massive govt funding (air, sea, land and space) I suspect that they would do such a thing.

Also the student was Asian. Lets not get into how their culture works with deception, organized crime and all those US companies bringing their jobs over their. The one good thing about Chinese is they are not easily hypnotized nor controlled by black slave culture nor intimidated by PC.

You better understand how each race or culture or nation operates in war or with warlike behaviors. PC is partially a tool of the bad guys to force people to believe everyone is good and deserves a chance simply based on their race...while of course acedemics deny race exists at all.

Acedemics are the worst I have seen in this. They have no guilt and people at Harvard and MIT I have experienced actually believe they are the elite, better than the rest of us and entitled to create a NWO dependant on those value systems. I have seen these people have little difficulty destroying my life or being part of institutions that not only have a history of unethical human experimentation but continue to partake in such acrivities today, when the chances of being caught or demand for transparency are nill.

THIS IS WHY PC, DIVERSITY AND EQUALITY LIBERAL BRAINWASH FOCUSES EVERYTHING BUT CLASS AND SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS. It is a tool of deception for the upper classes who are far from seeking diversity and equality with their fellow men.

If you see whats going on they will stoop to anything to make you behave and silence you.

Slander, modification, forced suicide- you name it. And torture, intimidation are always used.

Be skeptical by realising that you are NOT just an upstart nor a fluke, 'that cheap intelligence sometimes found in the lower classes'. If you r a mind control or RA Survivor you are not just a mule.

You stand out and thier job is to whittle you down until you are an average idiot-not for the sake of Equality but so you also can be controlled in the New Age of the NWO.
Its often referred to as a Satanic age but Satanism in an Illuminati sense. Satanism was never so boring and lacking in individuality as the hive mentality being pushed by the NWO.

People often want to blame secret societies. Be skeptical of all conspiracy theories. If they are so secret then how is anyone sure they are responsible. Dont even go there becuz most people dont even know what the sun cult is, nor understand anything about Egypt or that much involved is simply representative of ancient knowledge. The Masons are ritual brainwashing as are other societies that use compartmentalization and ritual.

I have said all I can about how the tricks are done. What will destroy you finally are the betrayals, the ongoing torture, covert war...and the deafening silence.

I hate to do this becuz we all know damn well this guy might have simply lost his mind as a TI and have been targeted not understanding what was happening to him. He might be brain damaged.

Yet TIs tend to be highly intelligent people with alot of insight and even informants to allow us to know more about what is going on with a psy ops campaign.

This guy might also be a disinfo agent. Believe me you have no idea how deceptive and convincing this system can be. These are experts usually private or military black ops companies or..I hate to say this: that awfully naughty part of the CIA that is just very nasty in this kind of thing. Hey its not like the perps are wearing name tags with My Name Is and who they work for..TIs do the best we can.

After the vid I will point out some things that show the differentiation between a true Targeted Individual or Targeted Survivor of programming/mind control and someone with a story line that seems more like mental illness..or just utter bullshit.

Disordered thinking or mind:
There is a major difference in style between a very sleep deprived, tortured TI who has been beaten down with true black ops and psych warfare and someone who's style is obviously off to begin with. Out of all the posts I have done never have I sounded this disordered and if so I was backpacking sleep deprived and still trying to work on the blog so I usually go back and edit my work to make it more coherent.
This man sounds disordered. That means that he is throwing in and tripping over words or ideas in his conversation that don't logically or sensibly fit into the frame work. He isn't communicating effectively not becuz he isthrowing a reasonable person sleep deprived or under duress but becuz his thoughts are disordered to begin with.

Ideas and concepts are nonsensicle:
I have never heard a TI claim anything like 'she made me have a cleaning routine because she wanted it to clean my insides'. Its just too far out. The purpose of psychological warfare is to destroy the Target which includes shaming, smear campaigns and all the abuses one would find on any Domestic Abuse wheel of behavior (economic controls, sexual abuse, intimidation, displaying weapons, using children as manipulation etc). Much of what is done is to cause the Target to suicide. When that doesn't work then its obviously a behavior modification program to silence the person, in Survivor's cases this process is obviously rooted in MK Ultra as the methods are the same and the desired results are also.

The difference between real deceptions used by black ops and delusions:
black ops /psych warfare use doubles. Its been experienced by TIs and that method has been talked about by reliable retirees of spycraft so no bs about it not occurring becuz it does. Bin Laden and Whitey Bulger used this method and its documented.
The purpose of doing this in a TIs campaign might be its used by their protectors to confuse perps or its used by perps to frame up the Target. With me it was claimed that mistaken identity occurred involving Jake and that drug dealing of pills and I was being coaxed into running to the FBI to blab. No subpoena, no Feds end of story. This could have been a set up to fool feds or it could have been total bs by everyone involved and it never occurred. However the doubles that are used are usually OF THE TARGETED INDIVIDUAL, not of people around the TI or familiar to them.

The perps do replace workers with their own people for a session. And they usually brag about it too. 'Oh I am a stand in or substitute bus driver' all with a smirk of course. Then something really outrageous occurs and its been pulled off obviously by a group that has infiltrated a situation and physical location. This is just another example of the resources and access the system of gs has. Its alot easier to call the TI delusional than to admit this magnitude of corruption goes on.

Perps frequently work in many capacities in our society so why would they need doubles? Their main purpose is to avoid detection not draw attention, and having a double of a regular worker replace that person would certainly be noticed by many more people than just the Target.

Its true that much of what is done to you a TI is just for them, one individual. Still a TI has to remember that gs of TIs is going on simultaneously all over the world in one single moment. Its like thinking about how many people died or were born in the same hour worldwide in various locations- alot. Part of psy ops of this nature is to make the TI feel extremely persecuted, focused on, isolated and create the perception all of society hates them and life is worthless so suicide is necessary.

Another thing is he lists his harassers as FBI and black ops. What evidence did he use to determine that? What information brought him to that conclusion? One of the greatest mistakes of Targets is wasting time trying to figure out what entity or parties is behind the harassment and stalking. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY CLUES OR LEADS THEN GUESSING OR COPYING OTHER TIs IS A MISTAKE IN FORMULATING A THEORY OR SOLUTION.

It would be like me renting an apartment and paying the landlord rent based on what a neighbor claims is the rental cost. And also the guru factor can be used to manipulate newbies-anyone with those answers gets credit and followers which is never a good idea. Each TI has a different situation. In my case I use 'CIA' only becuz that entity has been documented to be involved with MK Ultra just as the military has been documented to be involved in the radiation experiments and documented experimenters have testified that subjects were crossed over into both at the Pres Advisory Committee in 1995.

I utilize 'black ops' becuz its the most likely that companies like Blackwater and similar are given contracts so the govt no longer shoulders legal responsibility. This is very logical GIVEN MY CIRCUMSTANCES and the amount of damage I could do as a victim witness and whistleblower concerning both radiation/MK Ultra experimentation as well as local corruption connected to adult entertainment industry.

What could this man possibly know that would bury important people? Or make a govt look bad who wants to endlessly expand their military industrial complex based on this government's respect for human rights and democracy?

My testimony if credible would have ruined lives and been very embarrassing to this gov't like all human experimentees.

The problem is many Targets simply sound nuts because they don't understand the truth about their situation.

But in a war this viscous we can't afford people who have no evidence behind them and have lost their minds...being Targeted is really about survival of the people who can defend themselves the most effectively or like myself have an unseen support system.

There are too many detractors out there that either know what's going on or are totally ignorant of what is going on that simply call us delusional and that discredits a very real cause we are fighting for.

Its not easy being a freedom fighter or whistle blower when what you are dealing with is unseen by the untrained eye as well as very complex in nature.

I have actually received comments from some readers that have suggested this is something I am guilty of.

A New Way To Approach Being A Survivor of MC and GS

I have discovered this a bit too late but its never too late to pass on one's experience with mistakes so that others may have a chance to not make those same errors.

I realize now that the key to fighting the system for those that are involved in activism concerning RA, high level programming and human experimentation is to use the information provided by the alleged perpetrators themselves.

Aquino provided the best guide possible for avoiding pitfalls with his piece on Diana Napolis becoming an obsessive stalker of celebrities and of himself. Diana Napolis started out as a therapist who had become aware of Ritual Abuse cases circa 90's. Interestingly, RA cases were coming out at the same time frame as day care center scandals and the President's Advisory Committee for human radiation experiments which included MK Ultra victims and people who testified to being involved with both as cross over test subjects as well as Survivors of high level programming which was suspected to be connected to state actors like CIA. Most of the last group recalled being compartmentalized with programming for various tasks like memorizing things with photographic memory, courier of information, Theta psychic kill, sex slave and sometimes assasin but that seemed to be mostly true with the men and interestingly no male Survivors were in this group.

The best I can do is write this person off as a Christian fanatic due to trying to save the movement from being discredited.
The worst case is the person is a disinfo agent. Note the way all the subjects in the vids are posed from the beginning of the scenes in the vids and no one reacts adversely to being filmed.

If Hendon700 would clean up his/her act, they could benefit TI's everywhere not just Christians.
THERE SHOULD BE NO RELIGIOUS BELIEF PRESENT WHEN DOING ACTIVISM FOR WAR CRIMES. Because it splinters the movement or group. Not everyone targeted is Christian and its especially offensive to RA Survivors, the last thing we need is anyone mocking or being careless about occult realities or metaphysical subject matter. Sadly there is merit to what this person is claiming. But its just not this easy to capture. And its very dangerous to go around trying to prove you see demons in people or shape shifters.
Being a dragon slayer if you will, takes alot of responsibility and restraint. And in this day and age, you cant go around acting out spiritual warfare overtly in a world where 'magick' no longer is supposed to exist.

This person has no jurisdiction or authority to go around condemning people. That is why we have laws and a concept of justice..and why church and state are separated.

Not only does this make the rest of us look bad who are focusing on the aspect of war crimes and human experimentation that CAN be proven but it makes dealing with the delicate issue of metaphysics more difficult.

Its also a tactic of the CIA mind control factions to have Targeted Survivors of mind control have hallucinations with content like people shape shifting into reptilians or seeing demons..more so early on in getting to Survivors after they deprogram or fight suicide programming.
It was prevalent during Bush when much tech and psychic warfare was used in ways it seems they cant use for torture now due to having limits set since Obama signed an executive order limiting the use of torture in official capacities and whatever happens officially it seems to parellel thier black ops programs.

This is how whackos kill innocents or go against the laws of our lands by killing other human beings- due to inducing compulsions to kill based on believing such things. It may also be a total deception with many of the people being innocent.
The point is that you cant get rid of Seth's people off this planet. They are a part of this world as any of us and have been here since ancient times.

The problem now is that the darker factions of this world have gained power and have an unfair advantage via technologies being used for mass mind control.

Worrying about the existence of demonic forces, or humans who for whatever reason, express purely demonic energies is unproductive.
It also has nothing to do with criminal justice in the western world. What IS illegal are the war crimes that have occurred and are still happening concerning human experimentation and abuse of power.

If the public knows about the existence of these technologies and the potential for abuse of power, then whatever darker forces exist will not be able to utilize such an advantage any longer.
Spiritual warfare is supposed to exist on a spiritual level. Cameras can only provide so much evidence..cameras are duplicating what human eyes see- they do not in and of themselves have perceptions nor do they have the depth to assimilate information about the inner machinations of another human being.

And taking Time out of Context is very dangerous indeed. This is who TI's are smeared..by showing just what looks bad without the full story.

Now do you understand the purpose of secret societies?
To avoid all this bs in spiritual warfare. There is a reason why at Bohemian Grove it says something about spiders not being welcome to weave thier webs there. Becuz they are constantly weaving deceptions.

This was all so much simpler before. But if the darker factions want to bring thier plans out into the open, then fine then. Its interesting how they have done so yet anyone who points that out for what it is or counters their actions is imagining things.

We can only hope that George H.W. When the authorities clean up the planet and address corporate breaking of laws instead of focusing on the public, then we will have a just world. Note that in his speech he says the rule of law..he doesnt say its going to be a just world. Just one that follows the law obediently.

Mac vs Windows For Targeted Individuals

Just a quick observation.

I have noticed on many occasions that Mac/ Apple is alot less..lets say infiltrated for the user than Windows tends to be.

Unless the whole place is wired for mind contr0l tech, like in that art school I used the public access computers last summer. I posted that I was interfaced with constantly and it was very nasty at times. Well Cisco Systems is the wi fi on alot of walls I see, like Mass Art and MIT. And each of those places provides me with a hard time as far as being interfaced.

Then again, early on in this, one perp group who was very overt during Bush and the height of this nonsense, on a Greyhound bus (as usual) one very up front kid said he was addicted to World of WarCraft and his dad worked for Cisco Systems.
They of course have military contracts. But these games have so many a-holes for players that its hard to tell who is observing and protecting and who is actively trying to harm.

While in that art school, yes using that Mac was as hellish as using the Windows machines.

But I find the 'vibe' of Mac to be alot less nasty in all this for some reason.
Perhaps that is why they cost much more. Its interesting how many products are lower cost and maintenance for us poor people that are not Mac.
I guess it doesnt fully matter due to the fact that all kinds of people are targeted anyway of all social stratas etc.

I do not think that the answer to the issue of oppression is "a 357 magnum". Does this man have anyone who does any decent research on covert ops, black ops, false flag, human experimentation, ritual abuse etc?

I think hes avoiding the issue in order to stay credible becuz in the vid he has of the FBI training video, he actually says that "that was the kind of mind control Bush had at that time".

What hes doing is classic media tactics which is to slide info like that under the wire so you get it but its not a big statement that he can really be held accountable for, whereas when hes asked directly he denies the existence of mind control, en mass or in public spaces.

I dont expect Alex Jones to handle the issue of mind control. He obviously dislikes such deep issues or things that go bump in the night like this (he seems to believe that you simply shoot at unknown threats or perhaps your Chiuaua will warn you first- sorry dude. The perps kill yer dogs, they drug you and perhaps then use your own gun to off you and call it suicide. Does this guy have any idea about the DirtyTricks Dept at all? He acts like the Mafia never existed. As if murder and dirty deeds are not possible in our world. WTF?) as he seems to hate David Icke.

You want to know the truth? Here is the reality of all these guys: each one of them provides valid, valuable information. And I have caught each of them either being irresponsible, not fact checking or outright full of shit or adding a tiny bit of disinformation to a huge case made out of fact.

You wanna know the truth? STOP TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHICH ONE OF THESE GUYS IS THE ONE TO TRUST, YOU DONT NEED A GURU YOU NEED INFORMATION.

Recall that this form of warfare is the manipulation of information. That you need tons of factual and 'good' information to understand what is going on. That is the purpose of fusion centers.The one that just opened up in Utah that is hella expensive in order to prevent cyber attacks on the USA. Now THAT is the way to know what is going on. To be honest he is more valuable to TI's if you DONT put him on the spot on that issue. His info is best used to back up or compliment what we are putting out there. If he is targeted at all covertly the way he is overtly, obviously then he is going to encounter alot of weird crazy people messing with him.

Each one of these people has pieces to the puzzle and is valuable in the sense that they get the word out in a big way, and this PAVES THE WAY FOR TARGETS TO BE CONSIDERED OR LISTENED TO AS WELL due to the subject matter being along the same lines.

One must also consider the fact that these are all men, my dears. At 40, I truly understand that its hopeless to think that men could be anything but competitive. Its up to females to take all of what they do and harmonize it so it may be seen as interconnected, not warring factions.

These people on the following thread are probably not perps, but they most likely are the most ignorant, stupid and gullible people incapable of research on the face of the planet. If people like this existed exclusively, as they seem to want in a neat perfect little world of thier own, detectives would never solve crimes, cops would never be suspect of criminals, sci fi writers would never create anything, mathmeticians would never solve problems, philosophers would never have existed in history, artists never create, scientists never dream, inventions never be mapped out and manifested into reality and space exploration never become a reality either.

The imagination of the sadist or the torturer would never bloom. Military men would never imagine strategies or world domination. It seems that not many people are familiar with the wink photo and its usually only featured on 'conspiracy' sights, as due to the obvious implications, no one else seems to want to deal with it (big surprise).

What is interesting is the way that events can be interpreted if 'cut and pasted' or taken out of context. The impression given when seeing just the two photos instead of hte most famous one alone is enough to change one's perception as well as create doubt- simply by telling the TRUTH about an event, showing hard facts or PRLSI (Pre Recorded Light and Sound Images). Manipulating dead time is very much a key to thier success. Either leaving out information in a time line of reality, remaking or rewriting or having the public relive a certain time frame over and over as brainwashing as repetition IS brainwashing.

The people behind gang stalking make it an art form to twist reality and are expert at this.
And they have thousands of years of practice..now they simply have new toys (tech).

If we analyze both photos the characters and their body language and expressions take on new meaning. Lady Bird Johnson (who does indeed look birdlike) has an expression in the second photo that is very satisfied that its finally done but also one senses an evil in her features that could be seen as shared with the Texan who is winking at LBJ. What is compelling about the second photo is that many of the participants involved seem satisfied or even happy, which is in very bad taste at that moment to say the least, but note that Jackie Kennedy's expression has not changed much nor her body position. She is the one who is truly in shock still, mourning and upset.

When the public view the classic photo of that moment most people would most likely see it as everyone being in a moment of emergency and focusing on great responsibility. The second photo however can change one's perception of captured moments before in the one prior, the classic portrayal of that situation and that moment in history.

In the second photo, the 'wink' photo, one can see a very Italian or dark man behind the main characters and a man to his left who also looks rather hard or even seedy. Note that the tall, dark man is looking at LBJ and in that general area with a look of disgust almost and the man to his left is looking down shamefully but in Jackie Kennedy's direction.

Counter tactics..Insanity or folk common sense?/Smashing the towers are not the answer

Common sense in the face of much sophisticated mind control being used on the masses as well as targeted individuals. In many instances military men will tell you that a McGiver like inventiveness with some strange object is what got the job done to save a life or something else as important- whilst surrounded by million dollar equipment. Likewise, many times such thing has happened to make such sophisticated equipment stop working. The only thing one CAN depend on is HUMAN INTELLIGENCE, CREATIVITY and the WILL TO SURVIVE.

In many instances, people who discover something is effective as a counter measure or to force a situation to work are the smartest ones- truly the monkeys who figure out how to get the banana. In the case of beating remote influence, its how gain freedom from influence. This is the much needed banana for human survival right now.

Most people have not even heard of non lethal weapons much less know enough to deduct that the programs that Reagan tried to pass off publically are most likely being utilized covertly RIGHT NOW in society. If they did know they would not believe. TI's who live for activism are specialists indeed. And due to that working within a specialized field, one that is actively denied to exist in popular media, we are stranded on desert islands only linked by the internet or a chance meeting with other activsts/victims in the person.

This isolation is the greatest challenge as well as our oppressors greatest tool to force us to eventually crack under constant pressure. Yet I am saying 'isolation' in the sense of behavior modification= isolated alone with our oppressors never to be left alone by ourselves in peace.

As I was writing another post this afternoon I was getting very forceful ideations concerning once again that I should go to UMass, that I need to do so for some sort of future. Also that I need to stop wasting time with these blogs and posts. That I will eventually conform (which I may if I stay in the same spot long enough) so go along with it. That the times have changed, I should let the new generation have the world and I dont really matter anymore. That no one is going to pay attention to what has been done to me so I might as well forget it all..the typical bs.

There was of course low level sexual stimulation present and as usual it eminated from that scar I have in my bladder from an exploratory with a scope that was done in 1997 by a Eurologist from India who was a professor at NEMC Boston, that went into 'research' soon afterwards. The sexual stimulation got more intense and along came a fantasy about having a boyfriend again finally that would truly love me, who would get me knocked up- and since I had to get rid of one pregnancy once, my body really wants a child before I get too old and regret not having children. Very graphic and again focused on desiring true male domination as a result of years of torture and being broken down by this system. Often when this occurs I use my Will to return to memories of my old self, life and activities which include sexual activity that was in a very different character from what this system wants me to be- a strong, centered woman who knew what she wanted and had control over her desires, and perhaps trusted a specific male with FANTASIES of control often, but NOT true to life enslavement or male dominance over her and her life.

There have been TI's who suggest how to counter the remote influence when it plays dirty like this- earplugs either both ears or just one. But one TI has suggested closing one eye. This is supposed to stop such hypnotic suggestion from having its full effect on the person. It may work due to one eye being closed imitating a half asleep state. It could also work by giving the person an immediate state of privacy at least partially. By making the world 'flat', the remote influence that seems to surround us (electromagnetic?) is cut off from having the same effect.

You have got to be careful becuz doing this without a good rationale will make you look crazy for sure. Its very inventive and in this game right now where so many of us are battling a giant or so few against many, we are often working with folk rememedy, self styled weapons and good old fashioned common sense.

In this war, with each battle we must use whatever seems to work. Only a tech professional could tell us why it works or doesnt.

The tin foil hat is a good example. It doesnt work becuz its only partial and doesnt create a true 'Faraday Cage' effect. But a website I posted about a while ago does instruct how to make one's ID cards such as train passes etc that are radio connected essentially, cut off from communication by wrapping them completely in foil- creating a full enclosure effect NOT partial.

The problem is that we have nutcases who are either truly crazy, midled and misinformed or they are disinfo agents/operatives whos job it is to discredit all true TI's doing activism. They wear tin foil hats to rallies making us all look like jackasses, then a kid from MIT discounts the tin foil hat by proving it doesnt work and vallah! Subject closed. No one posts the details or the particulars like being honest about WHY it doesnt work becuz its not a full Faraday Cage effect but it MAY work if a human being got into a structure (like a frickin Faraday Cage) of something that would work. I dont know if surrounding someone in a full tin foil enclosure would work or even if tin foil is the correct metal medium to use. Thats becuz no one who claims to be serious about seeking answers seeks them completely- there are only idiots and detractors and that does serious victims NO GOOD whatsoever.

All it serves to do is take away any counter measures or hope we had to begin with. There ARE people who are serious about countering this system. There are people running around the country who actually plan out how to smash towers. But there are not enough of them and the companies are too big so they just put up another one. Nowadays such extreme measures would be considered terrorism anyway.
And unfortunately, many necessary services are tied into the communications networks that also are suspected and reasoned to also carry waves of torture, hypnosis and behavior modification via psy ops to Targets everywhere in the US. It would be irresponsible to just destroy the networks of technologies as many innocent people would suffer who have nothing to do with targeting us.

The answer lies in exposing this, getting it believed by the public as well as then getting laws made on just what can and cannot be done to human beings via technologies. We cannot allow ourselves to sink to the level of the perps, with an attitude of saving our own asses at the expense of others. I say succeed by being more noble than the enemy as well as kicking thier asses totally and completely.

Believe me I want to see just one state as a total safe zone. We all know the relief we get in areas or buildings with no cell reception or after 12 midnight. But crashing society totally aint it. A Mad Max type world is surely alluring where a person like me living somewhat off the grid would be the dominant force and all the sheep would die out..but its just not civilized and its not right. Many of these human beings would stop our suffering dead in its tracks if they understood what was going on. This is why its done covertly.

When Reagan wanted to use this tech in prisons and other institutions he had to retract this proposal just to get elected- that tells us that the American public wouldnt approve of such extreme measures, especially when we are NOT terrorist suspects but victim witnesses they want silenced and they might not appreciate thier daily public spaces being utilized like a Gitmo camp.

A reader comment- creating rivalries and competition as diversion

I just got a ridiculous comment left by a reader about my post on the Wordpress blog. It was so obviously competitive and ridiculous. I dont trust any comments meant to incite flame wars of any kind. Its just not gonna happen. I am an only child, my family has tried to get me to compete with my cousin or even my own mother for years and it was always laughable. Since gs breaks up families or keeps them in dependency mode not healthy connection. My mother eventually broke down my family ties as she was always jealous and she used my situation against me (being heavily targeted in 2004) and it looked like she used the same methods she used to get my stepfather turned against me years earlier.
My mother is decidedly the most evil person in that family outside of my grandfather and she is most like him out of all her siblings. My mother expresses the 'evil' in this system. I believe this system over the years just beat her down until she was capable of nothing else. If I know anything about being targeted and what she must have gone through to get this way, she must, like many of us after years of this- be half insane. Literally, that is what it does to you.

Not that the world isnt insane to begin with, like polluting the environment which one really does need to keep existing in human bodies but just disregarding that fact in daily lives of consumption and waste. Or having weapons of warfare that are so destructive and unnatural they shouldnt even exist- but we have nuclear weapons under the pretense that due to all the most powerful players having them, this ensures no one will ever use them..(?). What kind of logic is that..though I DO see the logic in it, its not sane or sensible at all.
Or preaching goody two shoes cult like unrealistic value systems of PC then sending people to other lands to kill their fellow man. Creating materials that will never degrade like plastics. There should be laws stating that if it we cant destroy it, DONT CREATE IT.
We really should be acting more like gods, being responsible with our creations, as that is basically what we do and now we have the power and technology to do just that.

I miss my family but the changes in our world have changed the people around us or perhaps just brought to light the worst in them that was always there anyway. I dont do sibling rivalry, I am too individualistic and I also enjoy the idea of tribe or a family, which the perps know about me you can tell the way they have targeted me. A tribe really, not the bs hierarchy that goes on in traditional American families. (oh, am I thinking too much like a Communist? Before you start jerking off to Mcarthy speeches, let me add that I like the idea of governance through laws and democracy- just not hierarchies that have no such governance or checks and balances. My family was an example of an unfair power structure with little sense of 'democracy' or cooperation. It was this bs comment about Cathy Obrian and how she came forward soley out of LOVE and maybe I should look at that if I want the same "attention". It was laughable as I did not state I wanted the same kind of attention I said that I would have liked the same opportunities to write a book in safety. Geesh, the people leaving those comments must be horrible at business if they seriously cannot accept that different people have different circumstances to work with. I accept that, I just dont like it.
Also, I dont want the same kind of attention as its time for other survivors to try different approaches as thiers is working but there are other people to reach with that info.

The things the perps try are so..childish. I mean its always another attempt at reducing us to the level of children or to force us into a recreated family scenario from our bio families, which of course were totally dysfunctional dynamics. Not going there.

One of the original survivors of that same era who's work I consider valuable, got her story knocked down and her work ignored in the survivor movement and it seems she fell for alot of flame warring and fights. I am just not that into fighting that isnt practical- I aim to kill and that means WIN. If I have to NOT fight to WIN then obviously I am going to do that.

I mourn the work of that one survivor who I wont mention but she is on the original cable show vid. She also exhibited many signs of being genuine but instead of getting exalted like other survivors she got buried. WHY?

If that is who she is programmed by, then why does she differ from other survivors in that sense? Then that raises the question who programmed them then??

Unless someone is afraid that, still being programmed to spy or collect info and play detective, she might be a problem in the survivor scene becuz something is amiss....hmmmmm.

As many TI's have commented and testified that perps groups themselves often seem damaged, mentally challenged or lacking in some way as socially acceptable people. Maybe that is my campaign as I was considered attractive by this society's standards so having 'losers' win over me will screw up my head. I dont know if beauties harass people it would be interesting to find out as that would definitely show moreso its psychological warfare tailored to the victim of the campaign. Many men have noted that aggressive women are a weak point for them and that is who they send to make them feel inadequate. Its like they KNOW what will bury you eventually.

That is how most TI's know this vid is just play. Its not offensive, doesnt incite fear or anger. There are no bad feelings after watching this vid. That is how TI's get to know over time if something is red flag or not. No matter what is being done to you if it feels wrong or if it feels like you are being focused on in a very negative way then there is something to that. There is a big difference between what your head tells you and what your emotional responses tell you. Its not even 'emotions' as an untargeted person would define one's emotional center.

Its like becoming used to a natural predator who is always lurking in your area of the forest. Except for TI's this 'predator' was either never obvious before or had not entered your part of the wood. Now this predator group is known to you, they are stealth and there is no protection from them other than becoming hyper-vigilante as well as very aware of reactions to sensing this predator or predator group. Of course you are usually the lion and they the hyenas but in numbers they can take you down.

Over time you rely on this sense about the perp groups and thier presence in any given area and the crap they pull. You also learn that logic doesnt always dictate and you sense first and figure out their games later.

I just hope other realize its a joke as well. There should be something on the top that reads: "satire".

To a person who's life has been ruined by this system and thier futures buried its kind of like making a video poking fun at rape or murder. And if you had to live under those conditions, if rape was used systematically to gain control over you or a group of victims (which by the way it IS utilized by the military-historically and recently made news being used by African militants to keep whole villages under control.) then perhaps poking fun at it might gain some relief.
But for that same video to be used to deny the victims thier claims is unacceptable.

This is why organized stalking and harassment work so well. Note how this page focuses heavily on the assumption that race is a focal point of all police abuse. This totally misses the major corruption going on within most police departments. The only truly useful statment is the one that notes that politics largely shapes the way the police function or sets a tone for the way corruption works. That is the only thing in this article to even get a person to start thinking along the lines of how it all really works.

The key to validating organized stalking and harassment is to begin THINKING along different lines. Its a whole other world when it comes to covert warfare and on can no longer use logic that is within a framework that is the norm.

This area, where most people are in the dark about how corruption and politics really work is THE breeding ground or home of covert activities and warfare.

Also note how race is so focused on that gender escapes any focus. As well as now one can see the brilliance of using many people from different walks of life for harassment campaigns. The way that society presents 'problems' or corruption creates a perception in the public's mind of just exactly what corruption is and who its perps and victims are. Never addressing other scenerios popularizes only certain kinds of crimes or corruption scenerios so the public are not educated in other possible abuses of power and resources.

Then any presentation of such ideas or scenerios is then countered with such an idea being out of the bounds of reality or reason so as to seal the fate or destroy such scenerios being considered realistic.

Then using society's established framework to thier advantage the gs system applies harassment in such a way (along with a targets psych profile and history it is assumed obvious by many targets) as to create the illusion that the TI themselves is mentally il, racist, sexist etc.

The ACLU has been traditionally useless to targeted individuals even those with no compaint of suspected use of technologies in thier campaigns.
I often wonder if this is becuz in some lawbook somewhere its made obvious that such activities fall under an area that is protected by law and once the TI has been put into that situation there is no legal recourse, though to the laymen it would appear that they deserve all rights like normal citizens.

To me its unclear how much of gang stalking and related activity includes informants. I know that 'perps' seem to many times consist of people who are either in trouble with the law like out of jail or dumb criminals or people who dont want exposure to begin with like people involved in kiddie rings. After years if this you should be able to tell what people's motives are for being involved in gang stalking. Many of the 'perps' seem to be sex offenders and often one can find out that they have a record to attest to this.
I was harassed a few weeks ago by a man who had a prior history of solicitation of women on the street. The cop was amused that I had told him to f*ck off and called him nasty slurs to get him to realize he needed to stop trying to get me into his car or get my attention. The cops let me go and kept him for a little talking to. He actually thought that attempting to focus the cops on what names I called him was going to put the focus on me.
This is the unfortunate state of affairs in the USA where women have no power due to males thinking they rule the world or should be handed priveledge do to their gender. Also a female of low economic status is expected to take abuse from any male at any time and I have experienced this in spoiled rotten areas like So Cal. There are so many college students in Boston that pulling anything like that will not only get you in big trouble from harassing any woman who looks half way decent but might even get you beat up or some other form of retaliation.
I have experienced known johns from prostitution rings to be gang stalking perps, people who are obviously abusers of women as well as obvious level 3s like sexual assault of children, kiddie porn etc. Its sad but I can usually tell at this point. Most of these people are so deluded about what they can get away with in society in a black market economy business that they are of the mindset that thier behavior has no parameters.

Other types of criminals seem to have some kind of conshunce whereas the above mentioned not only have no remorse for what they do they seem to enjoy terrorizing a target as well as the control and mind games involved in a campaign of gang stalking. Other types involved in these activities who I have found out to be criminals but not sex offenders seem to feel bad for a target and often leak information.

The upside of snitches being used in a gang stalking campaign, especially the kinds whos records show they have done crimes that are NOT sex related, one can gain info from them either by thier own sympathies or by the TI learning how to work a snitch.

What I mean is that many of the people one encounters are either mind controlled types or are so used to snitching that one can make them 'snitch'. If you know anything about programming, mind control or just observe the people you meet in these campaigns you will see that their minds are weak. They are kept this way probably by their handlers or the system they snitch for. Depending on the level of thier involvement.

Most criminals that have done crimes that take alot of guts or are true career criminals will think that what is being done to the TI is very underhanded and not sportsman like.

The world of crime and cops is underhanded enough but when one gets to this unbelievable level of cruelty of corruption the dynamics change- in some areas drastically and in others the same rules apply.

Set ups, frame ups, smear and deception are key to any gang stalking campaign, especially the ground level, garden variety corruption which often supplies a cover story for things much more severe and unbelievable.
Which is why an understanding of the ground level corruption is necessary.

I usually disregard activists who align themselves w/antogonists like Code Pink or other unrelated activism or activists. Also,doing counterproductive crap like wear tin foil hats at ralleys is suspect as well. From my experience the movement is littered with operatives and dis info people who work this as a middle ground between true victims and true perpetrators. They are akin to someone you know giving you a lawyer for your court case that is really to help the company you are suing do damage control. You may get a little bit of justice but the company pays a small price for destroying your life/future. The 'perps'in the TI activist movement serve the same purpose. They serve as a middle ground between true victims and true perpatrators.
Either that or American TI's are horrendous snobs who believe that only overtly important people get targeted or feel they are going to get max cred if they stick to people who 'mattter' in a Capitalist society or people who are totally law abiding. They still adhere to the very system that uses a 'down the rabbit hole' reality to destroy Target's minds. To get credibility you have to stop begging society for mercy. Obviously no one is listening, cares and the perps are self righteous control freaks anyway who LOVE to see the TI population feel shame due to humiliation and scramble around seeking approval whilst the perps and thier people are corrupt as hell. They know that you will never get what you want or need anyway.

What matters in this movement is information not money, status or social acceptability. One perp I had who kept switching between his perp persona where he either messed with me or leaked info to me, and a social front persona. I had established that he knew my situation and that he was a good source of info as he had sympathies for me. This being established, he then mentioned to someone when we were outside in public "Did you see the paper? The military is microwaving people now". Knowing that he must have known that was the tip of the iceburg, I mentioned when we walked away that my activism was along those lines or included that info as well. He then made a statement to the affect of 'yeah but that was a story by someone credible' or official. So these bastards know that the public are privvy to controlled information or info manipulation to create a reality very different concerning what is going on with human experimentation and relatedf issues. As his front social alter he may have been harmlessly saying 'oh but that was official not just a blogger' but his much more devious perp side knows damn well that the system depends on social acceptability to play games with to cover its ass.
SOowhy should TI activists covet or try to align with social acceptability? Hmmmmm.

All you are doing is leaving room for them to experiment further on people who 'dont matter' and in fact in many cases the system has engineered from an early age or from birth to make it appear that certain people 'dont matter' to cover their actions. Why would you leave them any leeway; thier the damn enemy.

Many activists act like this is an issue that can be solved through demanding the system be fair with us or that the system do its job or give us the rights we are supposed to have as citizens. Obviously we are dealing with crime and corruption not a lack of rights. If the system refuses to do its job properly then it loses all credibility and deserves no respect, other than what we must afford it to move along undisturbed to our common goal of exposing, informing, getting validation officially and unofficially as well as having laws made to protect victims.

Their way of doing things has gotten exposure but little else done about this problem up to this point.

Many groups focus on Christianity randomly or allow too many diversions.
Letting crazies into the group or even allowing violence be talked about as solution is also very suspect. All b*llshit.

One cannot logically do OVERT type activism concerning something COVERT. Get a clue.Even activists who do overt work on open issues that everyone knows exists have to deal with covert harassment from the system, but the public are not familiar with the covert part of activist's experiences.
If people do hear and believe that an activist is being harassed then the attitude is that is what one gets when one goes up against the monster of a system of power or an oppressor (which no one sees the USA as domestically anyway).
But that leaves out those of us that were, we thought, plodding along in life and minding our own business when this hit us like lightning and over time destroyed us and our lives. THEN I notice people don want to deal with the existence of covert activity at all.

Coming right out with it is the best way I believe. To stop demanding our rights is the first order of business as the system has determined we have none by its actions.
And as far as praying and Christ, what I just wrote resembles his attitude towards the Romans more than sitting around reciting things from a book thats been rewritten and info originally omitted out of it to the point of it being totally unrelated to reality or modern times. If yer so worried about 'End Times' then get off yer ass and do something about it or at least resist if not take action. People who speak too much of religion are then not speaking of politics.
We have no time for gods. The crimes being committed are being done by men who believe themselves to now be gods. Pray to your own god on your own time. But for an activist group who is NOT faith based or advertises itself that way to focus on Christianity is counter productive and one has to wonder to what end.
It also creates a way for the oppressor to divide and conquer based on religious or belief differences...not a good idea to leave any doorway open to them. We need to all come together at a focal point that concerns the issues at hand of psychological warfare and tech weapons being used to destroy lives and nothing else. Religion is used by the perps too readily as diversion, mind control and coercion.
I am speaking from experiences with a certain activist group that did NOT identify originally as Christian but whenever they felt like it that would be the focus of the group and much of their other actions were suspect in relation to being truly dedicated to targeted individuals. It was also used by them to cover for any actions of thiers like setting people up to fall within the group. Any true TI with a brain gets out of that group and it seems that they pick and choose thier clique by means that are not consistent. If religion is going to be abused or is easily used by the enemy then one should make it a private issue.

People need to put forth WHAT these technologies do and HOW they work. The same with the psychological warfare end of these campaigns and not get sidelined with pop activism or any other subject matter. Becuz if you notice all true TIs have basically the same conditions or very similar stories about thier experiences.

Much suspicion should be brought on any group who does not have a seek and destroy attitude as well as cannot keep the focus on the issues. Many of these groups I have noted that are full of opertives have a 'seek and f*ck around' attitude.
Dont play with your food as it might strike up and bite you. Why would you give the enemy more time to map out the way your mind works or the focus of the group? Cuz its probably what they have been doing the whole time with conference calls, info gathering, gang stalkers engaging with Targets and being observed as well as forcing us into corners so we have to produce massive works (like these blogs) to defend ourselves. This gives them a constant edge over us ALL THE TIME.

These are the games of people who enjoy control. We do activism in hopes of someday getting our lives back when in fact this IS our lives now.

Its purpose is not only human experimentation most likely but to ensure that we cannot accomplish anything else in life. It keeps us controlled and that may be the number one purpose of gang stalking- other than hoping we commit suicide which would be the ultimate keep down I would say.

The man I wrote about above who was a perp that leaked me info due to his sympathies for me, actually referred to my mother as "sick" and basically said that I shouldnt allow the system to stifle my expression.

One of my mother's statements to me on the phone when this got very bad during 2004 or so was this: "I am very intersted in the way your mind works". This was mentioned off the cuff very casually and had no pertinence to the conversation. She also had started this attitude earlier with commenting "Interesting, you seem frustrated" concerning using an old computer she gave me.
Looking back now these are the statements of a person desperate for control over their own life who, not being able to gain that control, has to control another. This is how gang stalking not only breaks up families, but utilizes family members against each other in competition. Deny everyone thier right to life and they become gladiators who will fight to the death.

Its a game the system is playing with all of us who are targeted and along the way I assume that the results of human experimentation are also valuable. Also anyone who screws over the TI owes the system a great debt and is always forever in its service.

If you make the wrong moves or forget who you are fighting, you will perhaps unintentionally fall right into the hands of the system you are fighting.

For activsm that should be fairly uncomplicated TIs seem to have a hell of a time getting the most simplest things done. Exposure and petitions such as above seem the most forthright approach.

The only thing I wish is that the above was more well written. The system we are up against seems to consist of educated people who disregard TI's as not up to par so deserve little regard. I have actually tested this theory for shits and giggles. Putting a tin foil hat on or metal on you head does nothing. Youd be better off using magnets to shield you body especially in key places and that is a very personal thing. Also USING MAGNETS ACTUALLY HAS SOME SENSE TO IT as I have researched a bit into why this seems to actually work. Supposedly it messes with electromagnitism...read up on it.

The ONLY time that a piece of metal actually did anything was in St Loius MO the worst place I was ever targeted and the most brutally treated by the 'gang stalking' system. (I was being hit so hard I think that while living in Soulard is when I finally submitted to technology as being real. Before that I was very adverse to the idea and over time I was just weirded out by admitting to it being real. It just sounded so crazy, I couldnt wrap my mind around it. I was very skeptical and the only reason that I now believe any of my own experience is that every time something has occured extraordinary there has always been some connection with it obviously being technology, such as timing and location. I realized that it was a system and me moving around the country and returning to locationsn and environments gave me the same results every time. All locations were different and thanks to my memory loss due to mold exposure and stress, I never recalled the differing circumstances until they occured again.
I never believed anything I read. I had to live it first.) I think I got desperate and found putting a key on each side of some part of my body in direct line with each other helped, I cant recall. Metal wud conduct instead wouldnt it? However I have gained relief from places with metal roofing. Its too random, it would all depend on what the tech was to begin with and exactly what was in the metal and what the measurements of those ingredients were. The Titanic sank becuz of too much material making the steel seem stronger, but in freezing cold waters that same strength turned to brittleness and this is why the hull cracked upon impact to an iceburg. One of my experiences has been that there are many OPERATIVES in the TI community. I experienced this by being set up and chased out of conference calls ( I will NEVER forgive them for that either) or being perped so hard I got disgusted with the lack of screening callers or members. I also have met people associated with certain groups and I believe that either
-this group is a front, a holding area for TIs and its run by people who work for the system
-operatives plant themselves in these groups and the real Targets either dont have the time nor the control over the situation to do anything about it.

One such person is that little Jewish woman Christine in Boston who is so obviously someone NOT truly targeted and if she IS she is a total b*tch who doesnt PUT THE CAUSE FIRST. No true TI who has suffered what a target goes through would be that cruel to other targets. Either that or I have met some of the most jealous and mentally insane women in the TI community. Its always older women who end up being the people who seem to turn on me. One jerk with the handle ScoobyJulie was a total b*tch to me as well and she made a big deal about NEVER stooping down to becoming a working girl due to circumstances.
If the TI community wants to play morality games I will give them a run for their money they will never forget.

What they might be doing, IF they are not operatives who are getting rid of real TIs who know too much, is to morally cleanse the TI community and make it so no 'undesirables' ever get into the public eye. Only rich people or people of good morality or true 'innocents' with no criminal backround are 'allowed' to be part of this InCrowd. They are just so damn perfect it's sickening...and a bit suspect. Alot of them show behaviors of handlers or to mislead the TI. Its interesting that someone like Barbra Hartwell gets dissed as a CIA plant when all she seemed to do was research and fight her ass off on her blog. Its like there is some status thing where if you dont come from money or a connected family you might as well drop dead becuz you are a survivor that doesnt matter; a true 'expendable'.

If this is true as we all know really because all this data that is mined might be the source of what is used against us by perps..but not necessarily. If they use other sources of gaining surveillance on us, we'll never know exactly where its coming from-where they get their info from. Lets start with information that is credible:

Why is this a good choice?
-It has credibility, its 'official'
-its been ordered by an actual president
-it has therapists and other people with credibility
- it has alot of people present not just one person giving testimony
- its organized
-the audio quality if fairly good
-it has research behind it

Now lets go on to something just plain Ugly:

Not only can I not hear or understand most of what is being said, its put together badly, its disorganized, there are too many lone testimonies. People don't care about the individual, if you haven't noticed.
Also there is no documentation or research. It claims to be the Radiation end of things but all I hear are claims of mind control programming (believable but hard to prove) and some hard to believe claims of kidnappings. I am not saying that this does not occur but you have to illustrate more of your case..the gentleman in the beginning: What would cause the powers that be to kidnap him? What are the circumstances of his situation? If he is indeed a writer then he is missing the ever important simple rules of 'who what why where when' when telling a story.

This could be disinfo the way it looks. I have seen disinfo people show up on video claiming to be TI's etc..becuz I met them in person and surveyed the whole set up or group they were coming from. Disinfo people get into these testimonies to cloud the real survivors being credible. (some of the MC survivors I recognize and believe thier stories..but who are these other people?)

You have to remember that your average person sees this as a curiosity and that's all.
Also like the Jonestown affair its obvious that the end result is to get rid of human beings who have been so corrupted..either by force or by suicide. This culture is shallow. Unattractive people, especially nowadays and an unprofessional presentation is going to get you nowhere or maybe even make their targeting worse.

As far as my experience goes its real..however for the public and the perps who are going to leave comments or dis this, it looks like a drug deal or that community police have started messing with her due to her being suspicious having a camera in the car. One thing TI's should be wary of even though we want new people in our lives are persons who seem to accept our stories without disbelief. True that in my experience alot of those connected to crime on both sides are immediately aware of covert activity of this kind. But if the person is involved in crime then they should perhaps be suspected of trying to gain some favor or ease with what they are doing by handling a TI.

This is one of the hardest things do determine becuz you do not know if they are truly helping you becuz they are aware of covert activity or if they are getting something, quietly, out of it.

This in itself can make one paranoid. A targeted individual has been often so tortured and betrayed that all decision making is often seen as delicate surgery with a scalpel..often our lives have had to depend on quickly assessing correctly and making correct decisions with little time and info.

Something happens over time, as if permanent brain alteration or (like when a trauma victim is put on medication becuz his/her brain functions have been altered and thus a 'disorder' like depression has formed. This person would not have been born with a 'chemical imbalance'..one was created by an event and now there is an attempt to readjust back. This is one of the great assets of gang stalking: arm chair psychiatrists out in the general public who now parrot terms like 'schizo', 'psycho', 'psychotic', 'chemical imbalance' and 'disorder'.
There is a trauma based and a disorder based psychiatry or judgment system. The only reason I know this is becuz my doctor discussed it with me as many had before, saying I was definitely traumatized. Also becuz she wanted to give me an out as she wrote a letter in the end that was basically big time betrayal[and does not match my records from prior sessions]. She gave the perps what they wanted but knew I would be smart enough to figure it out...
The perps know this. The gang stalking system is set up to cause changes in a person that are permanent damage. Thus my comparison to zombie making in Haiti. Its all based on terror and chemical warfare, and lack of oxygen to the brain via premature burial--brain damage. Alteration of the human being via these methods.

The problem with this time for TI's is alot of us have seen an end to the really stressful targeting during Bush's presedentcy. But alot of us get upkeep on the terror in small doses..this is not a new peaceful environment. This is to try to finish us off..ever so quietly. Its like all the soldiers that made it home from the Middle East who are killing themselves from PTSD as they experienced much of what we have-surprise guerrilla attacks constantly.

Do NOT turn your back on your past as now you are 'infected' with thet results of many years of gang stalking campaigns. Your spirit is probably sick with grief as well as your mind with memories. It will run itself over and over until it runs you down-RIGHT INTO THE GROUND.

Be warned not to become relaxed or fall into hopes for a normal life. In this game its not guarenteed for us.
For some of us it will stop under some circumstances..with time or with relocating. For others it is ongoing until the perps get what they want: death or institutionalization or at least visible destruction of the person.

Its nice to have a normal life or want new friends but often they cant understand what we have been through, which makes them seem unsympathetic or just giving us more harassment.

I recently had someone who said they understood as they had witnessed an associate be harassed by the Feds..picture taking all of it.
But this person kept comparing my state of mind after torture to his associate who 'does not let it bother him' he claims.
What was I supposed to do? Start talking about the Navy's grant that is documented for psychic research in the past few years? All the corruption of the last administration? Military having Voice of God tech -also documented? Mind control? etc etc?
Most simply would have been to use Gitmo or other torture situations, which he seemed not to get or understand. Now that makes me suspicious.
Now you have to start wondering if you want to be around someone that well meaning but stupid about reality. ..and you also have to suspect they are playing stupid to get something they want.

No matter what you have been through as a TI if you are still able to function even somewhat normally you should have been handed a f*cking metal by now. Especially tbmc survivors. Its different for us..often we are caught while deprogramming or in some state of diversion where it would have been hard to just blow this all off.

This is not a normal situation concerning just crime as people know it.

Either the person doesnt understand or they are going for convenience and using you for something.

Either way eventually, they will not be able to help you or deal with how damaged you are. Especially since when TI's start to heal some of the damage by loving someone or being in trusted company we go through changes that can be volatile considering now its 'OK' and safe for memories to surface.

And in this situation you might get some patch up/band aid work done but the people around you might never be able to take you or walk with you through this further.

The importance of the now famous photo.

It creates an alluring combination of physical human beauty and death.

Art is often used as influence and historically has been so.

All I am saying is to beware of letting any images stop us from using critical thinking or reason. Let it be inspirational not diversionary.

There is a now famous photo from the 30's or so of a suicide where the victim landed atop a car looking as if just reclining. It had a similar allure.

The circumstances around this are political of course and it is also different due to us being able to view her death in its entirety.

What concerns me is how powerful the image is simply becuz she was an exceedingly beautiful woman. Also note how good alot of the protesters look.

I just have issue with the 'sell' part of this.

As I watched the coverage of the Iranian protests I viewed the former crown prince of Iran doing a press conference. A woman who said she was in the medical field got vocal and talked about former CIA interference and covert influence in the region and was this a concern now. He returned and stated that this isn't some contrived actions of some one world govt but that we can all plainly see people in the streets demanding their rights.

But she did not say anything conspiracy oriented nor did she speak of a one world govt theory. The question was answered by making any question of covert warfare or ops seem paranoid or a conspiracy theory.

This is why its so important to walk to tightrope when doing activism. To not let people drag you into extreme movements or conspiracy theory type outlooks. Be wary of any group that behaves according to any of the terms of cult mind control.

Like worshiping a leader, focusing on religion opposed to activism, disapproving of members straying from the core group, asking for money donations and nothing gets done (if they are promising to do certain things with the funds.) and a sense of some members being more important than others.

Alot of the groups that are full of TI's are really populated by targets, career criminal opportunists, perps and operatives. Sometimes you only find out who is who too damn late.

Be wary of apocalyptic predictions. Be leery of groups that do information overload..in our case it would be focusing on every conspiracy theory out there opposed to gang stalking and directly related subject matter.

Approaching problems in a way that isn't logical or practical problem solving. Or doing investigation or detective work thoroughly.

Be leery of various members with different agendas all making the group lose solidarity.

These are all signs of cult mind control and diversions thrown in. Be leery of groups that play the two sides of the brain expertly ( biggest indicator of mc).

For instance in the first half of the conversation the group may be discussing suicides of targeted individuals-a serious matter, casualties of war.

Then in the next seemingly related conversation there is discussion of activism that does not seem congruent or in perspective to people committing suicide..like something light hearted to get the word out to the public (especially something that would be a target for public scrutiny.)

Be aware of groups that seem to pick on people who have legit stories in order to alienate them but allow crazies who discredit the group to be present but also take charge of the group often. Off the wall people with stories that have no documented claims and often sound outrageous in their claims.

These groups are very possibly by deduction-holding areas for TI's.

Like little fish who swim down a stream and end up in a cul de sac type little pond. Its to keep you there and keep you controlled. You must swim upstream further, you must continue to investigate and take these matters to the end of the road, not become mind controlled into settling into a cult group.

Along the way you will notice that the goal of these activities is pretty simple. To keep the TI controlled and to keep them down. If the TI does not get locked up- either jailed due to reacting to provocation, then institutionalized or at least medicated and labeled and placed somewhere for the mental for either self injury or just being driven insane by the gas lighting etc.
If these do not work along the path there are many other 'traps' that TI's encounter in order to 'shelve' targets...to silence victim witnesses is the ultimate goal.

Other attempts are the afore mentioned holding areas and its not just going to be TI groups or forums. You will be tempted and approached by a variety of religious groups and other types of people who will attempt to become your handlers or settle you somewhere in life to 'forget' about what happened.

Even the constant intimations that you need to move on and forget about the damaging years of harassment or/and forgive everyone, get a job, go to school-get a life basically.

There is something suspect about anyone who does not want YOU to make your own decisions about what is right for YOU at any time. To not allow to heal is part of brainwashing and mind control because the main point is to traumatize you so badly that you become so tired and fear ridden that you just want to forget or put it all behind you.

This is STILL VICTIM WITNESS INTIMIDATION AND HARASSMENT AND SILENCING. IF you were truly free...if what was done was truly 'ok' and on the up and up you would be allowed to heal and disclose what happened to you.

Be very leery of the enemy coming to you smiling with promises of now taking care of you after destroying you world. You are not in Iraq...there should be no reconstruction of you and your life nor an occupation of the enemy to manage your affairs..which is exactly what will transpire if you forget and move on. You will have internalized the enemy's influence and will forever be their victim.

I don't care if the whole world had moved on..if you are strong enough you must keep avoiding traps.

I did a cleanse once and I fasted..I tried to go out with someone to a smoky bar and drink and I felt like I almost really hurt myself. It was a stupid thing to do...genuinely stupid. Some of what is going on experimentation wise may involve parasitic diseases. Per my experience the mold is important to MK Ultra becuz it helps 'wipe' the mind via affecting the brain. It also helps with being suggestible-as long as one uses the other tactics as well of course. Mold exposure is documented to be used by the Soviets in past to dumb down dissidents and lower intelligence. Certain molds are synthesised by the US military to create a weapon called Yellow Rain, so mold has destructive properties to human tissue-thats for sure.

IF people are going to get sicker with infectious diseases and/or rising mold and other unhealthy conditions then perhaps the tech is being used to see if the masses can be kept calm and controllable under these conditions via remote influencing technologies.
TI's know that the body can heal itself more rapidly and under duress it seems the immune system beefs up..however we also know that the remote influence via tech can make one think one feels almost blissful even when one is in pain or when one is being tortured or dealing with the results of torture. Remote influence acts as pain reducer (often leading TI's to neglect health issues along with being conditioned to fear doctors via being harassed by the system so health care is avoided and this ads to the TI appearing to be a paranoid.) Firstly the immune system:
You are going to be subject to some illnesses that others are not. This starts with you, your families passing things onto you such as genetic weaknesses and strengths. Gauge of find out what they are, either talk to your family or the family doctor. Fish for info- don't be open about what you are doing unless you have a doctor that is open to sharing info with the patient like you have a brain of your own. Docs can get into control issues, out of trying to take care of the patient (they are the ones with degrees) and they'll clam up on you or avoid the subject.

Secondly: diseases your family may have passed onto you.
On has to ask..if I am infected with something where did it come from? Things have to be contracted somewhere. All puppies are born infected with a certain parasite at birth which has to be treated.
Humans may contract infectious disease from family members.
One example is if a family member now lives up north but lived in the swamps of LA as a child and also had high risk behaviors like eating raw hamburg (an old southern habit-perhaps ethnic) this should be looked at. This same relative also did multiple service over seas in Philippines, Germany, Japan, and Korea. All of which are risky but some of those countries are just outright high risk for infection. This relative shows overweight, multiple heart attacks, addiction to cigarettes,diabetes and in old age cannot stop eating sugar and develops dementia. Some of these issues may be
connected to contracting parasitic disease and this persons travels may be the key to what was contracted and where.

Others around you:
America being the melting pot of different countries its illogical to even consider that we have not contracted each others diseases by assimilating. What infectious disease was already present among the native American population when whites and African Americans arrived? And what of the Jewish populations, which due to diet and being to themselves more so may have and do avoid alot of contraction of disease yet their movements are not tracked readily in history books like other populations (you can see now why this is very unpopular but one day all this must be looked at unless the medical field wants to just test everyone efficiently now as is and fix the problem). There was a case of orthodox Jews in NY who were strict in diet yet still contracted pork tapeworm into their household and the source turned out to be some foreigners who lived in as servants who actively ate pork.
This is where illusion will get you sick or killed. Just becuz you observe, don't be fooled into thinking that is enough. There is not this invisible shield around your family just becuz they belong to a certain religion...this is why in order to be thorough one must disregard race and religion and all forms of belief in place of the facts as they are shown.
There are devious people in this world who want to keep humans sick and they want to do it by hiding infectious disease..its safe to say big pharma is on that list. You get it. Theses factions will undoubtedly try for some racism card in play to make you feel bad or scared about looking at facts. PC will not help you out of ill health...its a belief system and I have illustrated that those don't shield from disease only mask its presence.

The brain:
I was watching a program on TV years ago, this little boy just struck out at this girl and killed her for no reason. He had no prior record of violence and this was not recorded to be his nature. This was when my health and abilities were more intact also. I looked at the boy on tv as he was interviewed a few years after the attack. I looked into his eyes and could tell he had some sort of thing wrong with the brain....his eyes were off. This was before my healing abilities were destroyed by being targeted. Often I could tell if there was brain damage by looking at someones eyes..years later I would be saddened most of all by looking at the damage in my own in the mirror.
The show went on to say that they suspected that he had lesions in his brain which could create a malfunction and cause this sort of outburst against the persons will. He did indeed have lesions it was shown. I don't recall how he got them however.

What this told me is that the brain is where emotion and thought and action take place and damage or disease should be minimized. If parasites or other infections get into this organ it can affect not only what we call our 'minds' but who we are as people. It may take some time for you to be able to stretch your mind to accept this thought but before you go on you must. I had to sit there and really take a realistic look at what my own brain was made up of. It is never easy to analyze oneself as just flesh. Each of us pictures our brains as our Minds really- a vast universe, a whole other world in us. Yes, this is amazing but you have to stop the ghost and look at the machine for a moment. (ole book I read when 18 that stated the mind is the ghost in the machine which is the brain. The Police ripped it off later).

Cup your hands and really look at the size. This is how big your brain is about. Its grey matter connected to a stem. It is protected by fluid and surrounded by...oh just look up some anatomy on the web. This is you and what you look like inside. Now, accepting that you are just flesh for a moment, realize that most animals have parasitic diseases. Its not yucky or scary and you shouldn't freak out over it. Actually, its very natural. Nature wouldn't come up with something that was as disgusting as what you see and feel in the movies or on tv. THAT is probably the most horrible experiences in life you'll get. Real life is much less disturbing than the dreamscape that holds you while making you submit to inaction--to 'watch' tv is to not be able to do anyting about what you are seeing. The ultimate submission and often its contents are manipulative and horrible.

But that is not real life..in real life you CAN act and defend yourself. And nature is the way it has been for centuries. So imagine your brain as I said then if you can just imagine that it may be an organ that may become diseased. You are now living in the primitive...the natural. The way things really are outside man made enviorments. Man made environments are not safer if disease can get in and doctors are not willing to admit thier presence..this is why you should seek alternatives and be realistic about residing in a human body and accept its possible vulnerabilities.
So now you can accept, without being 'grossed out' that you are a system of organs and tissue and what a creation you are. YOU LIVE!!
If you do enough research and find you suspect that you have parasitic disease then there are some things you can do.

First try to look up all you can on the Internet about your symptoms.
Then see if you can easily get the medical field to help you. Some of you have money and docs who will help you easily. If you are poor however, due to the hidden endemic of para disease among poor more ghetto populations, docs may ignore you just because that is the way the world is right now. Its like giving money to homeless people..I suppose they figure that they cant cure everyone of this population so just ignore it all together. You may luck out and find someone who will help you. If you are a TI, the profession may blow you off do to being poor and targeted or they are warned to let you get sick..perhaps for purposes of human experimentation or perhaps becuz it will lead to mental illness and that is one of the perps main objectives as targets have seen. This is the passive part of gang stalking...where INaction is actually in the interest of worsening the target's situation. If you dont think humans are capable of this think again.

There was a case in MA where a girl got sick with neurocycsticosis....a part of tapeworm infection where eggs are present in the brain..hey. I told you to keep your cool and not get grossed out! It happens and this is part of life.

Now, it was found that 5 Mexican males were living next door in a home she frequented. 2 of the men wouldn't test, 2 were found positive and one negative. None had outward signs of infection. How this girl even got help is my question... I guess you have to reach the level of seizures before anyone will take notice.

If you are poor and feel you are at risk or have risk factors from travel, those around you or family members like I said try docs first.

The Doctors:
Alot places play games like calling the dept of infectious diseases "Tropical medicine" and not even letting you in for testing if you 1) haven't traveled outside the US 2) are referred by another physician..uhh, does this seem like its a invite only social club or what? You'd think the doors would be wide open with the subject matter of this problem the way it is.
Another game they'll play is whining that any testing that is done has to be reported to the CDC so they dont waaaannnnt toooo. (wahhhh..I have heard a doc whine once. its not a pretty sight).

Yet another game is to go into denial...something I have seen doctors enjoy almost like a sport. This could be becuz I am a TI and have always pretty much been mis treated by a number of medical professionals through out life where as my mother, who I feel is also an intergen TI, is coddled by the medical profession often. I cannot account for this difference in treatment. Since understanding I am a TI I do not allow doctors or any other medical people to abuse me under any circumstances. You would be appalled if you heard the kinds of abuse I have endured from the medical community over my lifetime.
Denial- if you get the stone wall walk away and find another doc. And DON'T let them keep you from 'tire kicking' as they call it so that THEY can have control. They will do this. As a patient in today's system you are cattle, sheep or to be controlled. They want money like everyone else and poor people with brains are not to be tolerated--especially targets resisting.
Antoher game connected to denial is you being portrayed as either a hypochondriac or someone who exploits the welfare system by asking too much of the medical community.

Their continued negligence is not your problem. It is not your fault that in general they wish to hide infectious disease to perpetuate illness among the general population of not destroy or experiment on a targeted population or individual.
Dint put up with their crap. You are going to have to learn the fine art of being fake and full of shit, of smiling in peoples faces when you want to reach over the desk and kill them, of kissing ass to peons who work as secretaries and of dealing with docs who sometimes are just the same intel level as you if not lower.

Here is an inspiring story- at Tufts dental trying to deal with my cavitation. Waited in chair for student dentist. Watched as female student in next cubicle asked a patient if she endured abuse as a child especially sexual (ps if they try this intrusive bs from the 1990's on YOU politely tell them you dint think its relevant to dentistry and you dont answer those kinds of questions. These are intimidation tactics and also allows professionals to play control games. Because I notice it was not asked of every patient just that one female.)
Now as this female went to get a needle I watched behind the area which I prob wasn't supposed to be able to see into where the needles were lined up. Her professor was going to do some work on a patient and she was assisting. I saw her drop the needle then look around to see if she was seen doing that. Then she pretended to throw away the needle she dropped..as she did it I noticed something. She seemed like her whole outlook was based on her faking it through life..so many people do what everyone else wants for a living not what they really want. Thus they are not being themselves. She really seemed like she did not want to be there.
So many people, even those who would have them believe they are superior to you due to job, money status position family are really unable to feel free to be themselves in this world. A professor I met on the road once who had it with the world of academia said to me " You cant be yourself in this country"..really I think that that is true of adults in general. It is no surprise that workplace mobbing often happens to targets who are not only people who are GOOD at what they do, naturals, but they love what they do. The sheep destroy the wolf.
There is so much lying and pretending on the part of so called 'adults' that its easier just not to trust anyone. Yet we are asked if not demanded of us, especially the poor, to trust medical professionals blindly like priests..moreso in the world of psychiatry nowadays. You great even your grand mother's good old fashioned common sense has gone out the window and its not fashionable to be able to 'read' people or have a common sense approach to the art of people. Its probably so useful in seeing thru bs that it is or will be a disorder soon--"Sooo, you feel you can tell alot abut people. You think you can read their body language do you? Well you my dear are a sick girl." Of course you are...cuz you have primitive ways of seeing other humans that is natural and for protection of you and yours. This interferes with the herding of the sheep and the keeping down of the poor.

This article is fair in its stating that parasites do exist and that testing is poor. He states only 10% are found..I read 20%. Anyway, there IS a mental disorder out there I guess, but if you have genuine symptoms I will list later, then you can draw attention to this instead of saying 'Doc , I feel like I have parasitic disease'. Understand that TI's are a population living under duress and that we are not acknowledged...officially. Being targeted is real but this in itself may bring a a label of delusion.
What I am trying to say is that either a well meaning doctor can say you are delusional and definelty a doc who is engaging in active denial might try this one as a deflection.
The very fact that they dont just treat everyone or give out info freely concerning parasitic infection is suspect enough. In other cultures like India and parts of Europe it is and has been part of the reality of health for centuries. Its very suspect that the subject is held in such high controversy here in the USA and there is now the threat of saying its delusional if a doc thinks he can get away with it. Why is it such a big deal?
Becuz anything that the system wants to hide has to be clouded and there have to be veiled threats if you seek the truth and actually insist on it.

Parasitic disease has been shown to be responsible for some mental illnesses. That would mean its organic disease of the brain. Interestingly in 2003 when I was doing my research I found lots of articles on parasitic disease and mental illness. People were showing that some of the psychiatric drugs that are given out in fact contained medicine that killed off parasites and this was what was improving conditions for patients.

What you want to look for is what is being studied by the people in the field that is being kept quiet from the public. Info that a person in the field would be into reading. There are 'leads' from the far out left field, even some good ideas, but they are so non scientific I wouldnt go there.
A good place to get care is from a progressive health center. A place where real docs have gotten sick of the institutionalized bs and have decided to get real. They branch out into alternatives even more natural medicines...I would never trust anyone who did not have some legit medical study behind them.
Watch out for alarmists who just want to sell you cures. Doing research is like digging for bones or treasure. I am good at it, some people are not. You have to disgard what sounds illogical or like its to fool you. That is on both sides- the far outs and the established institutions.

There is something untrustworthy about some hippy outfit that wants to cure you without science and logic...like magical surgery or something( this is what Andy Kaufman tried to use to cure his cancer- you can see it in the movie about his life).
Its trickery and borders on a dangerous deadly meidival medicine type thinking. You NEVER want to go for that. Just do some research about the horrors of medicine before humans got alot of sceintific knowledge...worse than the realites of parasitic disease is the reality that humans are aggressive ape like creatures that without the right training are murderers with a medical instrument in their hands.
This is why still working WITHIN the scientific and medical fields is recommended.

You have to find the knowledge that YOU need to survive within a field that is hiding it from you. Also, its my uneducated opinion that herbs and more sensible sanitary practices are good for managing ones health issues but we defintely need 'western medicine' to cure what is really serious or life threatning. We just need to realize that like every other career these men have to be sales men to survive. Being a doc is no longer a craft like it used to be. They are coming off the assembly line and I have seen this here in Boston. SO many docs and so many lawyers. Just like so many supermarkets..do we need that many? I guess people like choice...but then to survive these people have to compete for your business or, like in handling the poor, outright intimidate to make money.
If you keep in mind that being in the health profession is a business, these people might be cons like in any other business, yet, they do possess the knowledge you seek and the right info is SOMEWHERE it just has to be found---you will make a great researcher.

There may be some unpleasant physical sensations that may be present-but use caution in disclosure..that is the one thing that they can use to say you are imagining things:I got pin worm once as an adult most likely from a very gay teacher I was roomates with who worked with Boston public school kids. Either that or the rooming house I was in for a month..who knows. It could have been one of my little cousins who were kids then. I took a pill for it and it didnt go away (but I got reflux that stayed with me for life from taking abendezole). I went back and they said that the sensations were all in my head but gave me another dose of med. Still the sensations came back and the 'all in your head' was more defined now. The medical people put me on some legal pain killer for the sensations..it was called Ultram I think. I took it when it became unbearable..also the anxiety that comes with pin worm is very distracting..its something the body does with this condition for some reason. The symptoms would always becoem worse when I ate anything beef like hamburg.
I finally got sick of this..got brave got over a mirror and went in and sure enough got on alive and moving still. I saved it and brought it to a different hospital..New England Medical I believe. The doc said he was going to use this in a lecture becuz his students had never viewed a specimen retrieved from a human before. He said it was a female full of eggs and showed me a picture that was taken magnitified. He also gave me some advice about medical people..he said that they were 'nerds' and socially inept due to spending thier youth studying. I told him not to be self depricating but I think he was trying to tell me that I was right to watch for personal shortcomings in people who had control handed to them by the system over my life.
Anyway, after his treatment, and after I treated everyone around me and washed all my stuff down in bleach the symptoms returned. This only subsided when I started taking an over the counter medication called pin-x. However this is not good, the stuff is toxic to the body. When I moved to another state and bought all new clothes it seemed to fully subside.
My point is that what I know was my body being truthful to me (thus the live specimen retreived) could be denied by docs and tests. I was lucky I could retrieve a specimen to prove my point. In fact they wouldnt test me the last few times..they just kept saying that the pills should have cured it by now thus it IS cured and its all in my head. Very scientific.

Some things you can do:
If you are sure you have an infection or have been exposed to high risk people are areas there are herbs that can be powerful to help you if used properly. Also change your diet. In fact if you are hassling with docs and feel the situation is getting worse and they cant find anything in stool tests, then at least change your diet ASAP. The treatment is varying depending on the parasite. I have read that the medicine given dissolves the parasite, and according to the CDC one infected would have to be treated life long. My ideal if I had access and money would be to have a western doc work with a progressive or herbalist/holistic. This way you arent always taking strong toxic drugs for maintaining health, but in the beginning of treatment perhaps you'd use doses of anti para medicine..becuz wouldnt the parasite become resistant if you over used it for a life time?? I am no doctor and if you find a co operative doc or team of the two I mentioned and they feel you really might be infected ask them.. I am just forming ideas from research and casting doubt on a system that obviously is not disclosing all.

Cleanses and herbs are for desperate people who have no access and no money..its the best you can do living in a high risk situation without realistic care.

Diet:
STOP ALL WHITE SUGAR INTAKE. I dont mean in foods like where the sugar intake reads 'sugar 27 grams' or whatever. Remember the approach is about disease and drugs. SUGAR IS A DRUG!!! And most of this country is high on it. I swear that part of my problem is I am now out of synch with the majority of the USA becuz I dont intake large amounts of sugar. You will become a much more peaceful and healthy person. If you are getting older not only will sugar make you fat, it is a substance that parasites feed off of and especially if you have candidaosis. If you have diabetes in your family stay the hell away from this stuff-- for a number of reasons. Also if you have candida lower your yeast intake.
The best way to eat for me is no bread or yeasty food like that and no white sugar. Use sweetners (not healthy biochemically) or even honey..HONEY IS THE ONLY THING THAT CURES MY REFLUX AND IT HAS ANTISEPTIC QUALITIES. Use honey on your food and in your coffee. People will think its weird or again that you are spoiled or something becuz civilization still perceives honey as luxuriant. Imagine that...scolded for wanting what is natural and healthy. Guess what? Humans have been ingesting honey for thousands of years. Not sugar.
Enough convincing..all I know is that I stopped the yeast and sugar and felt better. A good diet in general is whatever seems your ancestral leanings- what YOU need to survive.I have tried not eating meat..I turn grey. I need meat.. at least birds and fish..once a month beef. Too much beef isnt good as it stays in the intestine as we get older. Simple protiens, grains fruits and vegatables. I still eat sugar but only once a day if that. There are plenty of sugar free candies..however there are different sweetners and each person tolerates them differently. Sweet and Low is sacccrine and I tolerate this well. Nutrasweet gives me a reaction like I feel racy and Slenda metabolizes into chlorine and makes me feel like I just went into a time warp. It makes me not feel well and that is all I need to know. Dont let people market to you whatever is the 'new thing' out there. Honey and other naturals are the only good sweetners and some people with candida severe enough cant even have those and diabetics can have them at all without risk.

If you are on the road or in a hurry or living on the shelter circuit you know that good food is hard to find. The homeless circuit is a whole other set of problems for people with health issues..not enough protiens, too many carbs and sweets (I think generous people who donage think it makes the hurts all better. If anyone has something to contract its here. But its like a third world coutry or a nut house anyway..use the same maintainance you do for traveling or like I said any other high risk population.)

Herbs:
First find a good cleanse you like. The best times is in spring and fall to do these, when the weather is not overbearing, so your body can concentrate on this and not dealing with outside destractions. Some of them are rougher than others and a health food store with a trained staff is best recourse. I would say big regional stores or whole foods is usually very good. I know it has become perp central but thats the company not all of the workers. Search for places that seem like they specialize in herbs and not a trendy health food place.
Herbs from the drug store are an absolute joke and aviod them at any cost. Vitamins from there are ok but herbs?? Each person has a different need so how can doses be uniform? And I find some of them to be dangerously strong..typical western mentality.
I started with herbs back going to a health food store near Wickenden street as an 28 year old kid, modeling at RISD and working at an Ethnic clothing store. Back then you still had old hippies and non snob neo hippies who would run screaming at the mention of processed sugar. No one would DARE have that in the store for sale. It was a wonderful place where you felt seeking health was a rewarding experience not trendy bullsh*t or a bother. Yes, the hippies could be annoying but they had a sort of stubborness about thier way of living that I at least respected.
The herbs were in large bulk bag then. You could buy a bag of goldenseal if you needed it. It really respected the mind of the consumer more...like to be in there yoiu had to have known a bit about what you were doing with herbs.
Since it became public I can see them stopping that so people who dont study herbs dont kill themselves by being careless.
Herbs are DRUGS..they are CHEMICALS and should be respected. Like heroin or liquor or cianide they can kill you or make you sick. Always respect drugs you put into your body as potentially harmful as well as helpful. I was raised with the PDR as refered to as The Bible. Kids today just shove a bunch of pills on thier mouths like pharma Russian roullette. An EMT friend of mine has groaned about how difficult first diagnoses is with them.

Always check for contraindications. This means any drug that you are taking interacting with any other drugs and that means herbs as well. There are websites that allow you to put in two drugs or herbs and drugs to see if there are any contraindications listed. Also, pharmacists are more accesable than docs on this. They only care about the chemicals you are taking and not hurting yourself and usually will look up contraindications for you..I wouldnt overdo it however.

An herbalist who is reputable if you can afford it may be a good addition to your doctors but I would try to tell them both the same or what the other one is doing..tie them in together though your doc may be disapproving but that is slowly changing.

To clease the body once or twice a year should be enough. Then you can go on to use maintenance. (for those who cant get medicines or are not really sure if they are truly infected but want to take caution. A cleanse cant hurt is all..TELL YOUR DOCTOR becuz you never know if with a medical condition or taking meds that a cleanse could not be right for you.

Herbs for maintenance for parasitic diseases:
Look them up there is enough info on the internet. To start with Black Walnut is good for generally keeping healthy.
Garlic is another. Garlainasse is wonderful due to it being closest to real garlic but without the odor.
Ask about anti-para formulas. I notice that tinctures work best (bottles with liquid either alchohol or other mixed with the herb). Then you can use these in doses you are comfortable with as you need them.

With things like wormwood and other more toxic herbs I would take a few weeks off and then use for a few weeks.
Its like treating your body very gently with chemicals. Anywhere we go now with globalization there is going to be risk for exposure..unless you have all this money and live in a gated community or whatever people do to stay isolated. If you are still willing to venture into the world as it is this is what you face now. And its been this way for world travelers throughout history so dont get End of Days on my ass or try to make like its about money.
Only the very wealthy can afford to truly have all the best health and we are talkingt about connected and wealthy and some suspect even cure for HIV are available to those in the elite.

Hygiene:
If you think most people wash thier hands after rest room use think again. A suvey done got Americans to admit that they did not wash thier hands as they claimed they did. This is typically American as is gang stalking. Its the 'dirty little secret' mentality and its very childish. Alot of people are introvert like this and will nver grow out of it or admit it. Good, let it get them sick..
You HAVE to wash your hands becuz it is the only way to ensure whatever you have picked up or moreso whatever YOU HAVE does not get transfered to your mouth while eating. If you want to preserve health then wash your hands after you go to the toilet and wash before you eat. This isnt out of morality or being good..if anything you can say you are doing it out of self preservation..let the other idiot get sick.

Cleaning agents:
Our society loves to clean with the wrong mentality about germs and what is truly hygenic. The northeast is a great example..this places are old dirty cities yet people percive purity or cleanliness based on morality, religion and status and wealth. Wealth brings you better living conditions and that is all. Status may help anchor better docs who will serve you better.

But in reality all that counts are facts..those facts are Immune system, Diseases, Risk factors, and Medicines. How protected naturally are you, what could you contract and what would be the right conditions and after all that now what are you going to do to fix it? Simple.

But also the right hygiene and being real about cleanliness will really help. This country I highly doubt has ever demanded that a chart of cleaning products and methods be devised. Its all myths and ads and what nanny from Ireland used. If she used Lysol then Lysol is god..and this is VERY bad among women. For women carry on thier love for past on female ancestors in a serious way and this expression of the primitive in females is well known to advertisers, like everything else primitive about you that you'll express in the modern man made environements.
SO, no love lost for nanny but we have to be realistic. Nanny was wise in keeping anything foreign out of her home. We do no live that way and diversity pushes us to this end as does globalization. And it is an exciting time to be alive (unless your targeted).
What works might be simple and in small doses where as we are taught in the US that we need strong chemicals that smell toxic and then are covered up with pine outdoorsy smells. This is the hieght of insanity and June Cleaver has left the f*cking building already. Enough. And dont try to hand me that 1990's ill fated 'all natural organic no chemicals' trip. Both are unhealthy.

You need to clean but what you use may not be doing anything but covering up dirt.

Here is what I have used and you can do your own research.

H2O2: Hydrogen peroxide. Use with caution, dont spill it dont get alot on your skin unless you are wounded or cut. This is used for cleaning wounds and it is best. It is oxygenated liquid. You must be careful with it and dont mix it with other chemicals.
Say you have a disgusting mop or sponge your cleangin with. More pine-o-crap is not going to help. What will get rid of the dirt and germs is clean water and just a bit of h2o2 I mean like a capful. soak, rinse. Much less for a sponge. You will note the smell is gone and that becuz the GERMS are dead. Just like in your cut when you use h2o2. I wouldnt clean surfaces with it however becuz it tends to linger and you dont want to get it all over skin or clothes. Lingering on skin will irritate it and it has a lighting affect on clothing if spilled. IT is like a medicine and should be used sparingly like it was precouis.
If you are grossed out by the water in a commom laundry and want to kill anything anyone else has then you can use a cap ful or less in your laundry. DONT USE BLEACH AS WELL. just the soap.
If you have to use silverware or cups you dont trust due to the population being high risk or/and cleaning not sufficient remember that h2o2 will kill what soap may not. I have had to take silverware and cups and go to the bathroom and rinse them with a bit of H2o2 and water then wash them a little. Its a good precaution in the places I am in right now. Human dishwashers are used and only regualar dish soap..and anti bacterial does not = anti infectious disease. I am existing among drug addicts, people who dont shower and the mentally ill who are just way over the edge. I do NOT want to find out what they have that has made them as such.

Bleach: People use too much of this. You dont need to smell it for it to work, in fact for those of us with chemically burned lungs or damage making us chemically sensitive this is outright painful to smell. It further burns our lungs and nose. All you need is a bit in water. If you want to use it in laundry for cleaning just put a half a cap ful in. Its all you need to kill whatever is there.

Alchohol: I have this in a spray bottle and I use it to spray public toilets in bus stations or anywhere-even places that people think are better toilets becuz better people frequent there. Wrong again. Anywhere that is used by high numbers of people unknown to you is high risk. Its also good for cuts you may get. I have never found it helpful for laundry becuz when alchol meets water it seems to not mix well. It is excellent for surfaces that you touch like toilets and keyboards and telephones. It is your right to protect your health..just dont let them see you spray the key boards some places and also again use sparingly.
Use liberally on toilets. I take paper and spray the underside as well. Covering the seat with paper is the silliest thing I can think of. What about the germs under the seat?? Sorry I travel too much and am around alot of idiots with no home training or whatever..bus staion toilets are probably the worst however I have encountered. If the spray hits it your all set.

Lysol: I just dont know..could an aerosol spray really disinfect something?? As a traveler I cant carry Lysol around with me..now THAT looks paraniod. And terribly amusing..

Ammonia: never understood this one -and it stinks. Do research becuz I am sure it has its specific use. Too volatile for traveling with. DO NOT EVER MIX WITH BLEACH.

Alot of the cleaners you are marketed with are based on the original chemical itself. You are using thier product. However if you are a traveler often you are in public spaces or depening on the cleanliness of others or cleaning practices of others. You should think how can you make yourself safe in these enviroments and also think about infectous disease. If you are a fanatic or obsessive about it or a hypochondriac then this post is not for you. If you are brave enough to live out on the road in this day and age or in live primitively outside then you are not a hypochondriac or obsessive about germs. But dirty spaces in the enviroments you live in still exist and anywhere there are humans there is going to be spreading of germs or diseases. Your immune system should take care of most of this...but to those of us who are living with specific circumstances, where our immune systems are in question, where we are forced into homelessness to be among high risk populations, where we are perhaps KEPT sick in order to get rid of us either through ill health, the development of mental illness via disease or for the purposes of human experimentation we have to take care to target specifics in order to stay healthy.

I contracted a staph infection in 2004 along with a baccillus species infection (anthrax family-it was the fad then for getting rid of someone). I know pretty much where I got it and its either someone who is infected who doesnt care about her health or it could be on purpose served in food. The bacillus makes me suspiocus but there have been alot of cases of death by staph in recent years.
Before I knew what it was I knew something was wrong. I was nauseuis all the time and started getting dizzy often (could have been the mold exposure too). Anyway I started getting small bumps on my skin, where you would pop them and clear would come out and then you would really pop them hard and underneath there was white puss. I looked up all the symptoms and it seemed like a long running Staph infection coming into later stages. All thru this time a very suspect doc I had at a crappy local hospital kept sending me for xrays and mri's of my stomach and saying nothing was wrong. The fact she didnt do tests for disease are still suspect to me. So I paid out of my pocket on a limited income (so much for me milking the system) as I had to often to really get healthy to go to a progressive health center. They did alot of tests and told me about the infections. They gave me special anti biotics..but I did not take any chances. To this day I take an herb that kills Staph and other things affecting my health. One should watch out for staph as you can catch this in hospitals or even from rice thats been out too long that is tainted.

What I am getting at is that humans get sick and humans die. Our bodies are bombarded with chemical pollution that we stubbornly refuse to acknowledge daily (talk about bad decisions). If car exhaust smells bad then most likely its bad for you. Nature kinda set it up that way. And being targeted makes health worse..the stress, lack of joy, laughter, sex, the bad emotional states..its all going to get your immune system down. Then you are forced into homelessness where you deal with high risk populations. THEN if you do get sick people are just waiting to keep you sick.
If I had not done hours of daily research years ago in that apartment I would be dead now. Another reason they want to get rid of herbs all the time.

Learn what kills what is going to kill you. It is probably the most important part of living in this body is taking care of it. If you are a homeless TI you are going to suffer permanent damage that will age you faster and will affect you adversely when you are old. There is no getting around it..this is a perp objective. It ensures that you dont have a future or a good life.

One of the things you can do is to fight using cleaning agents very specifically as well as herbs the same way.

To be honest I know danm well that it was expected by now that I either be sick from that Staph infection or go mentally insane from conditions I wont get into. I have avoided this by taking care that what seems like average normal conditions that really are opportunity for covert war are not used against me to kill me or make me sick...the only way to counter this is to be active in preserving your own health. Think about it.
We know the way the perps work. They use what is hidden or what is already there that the public doesnt see.
Like infectious disease or the high risk in homeless shelters. If my assesment is correct that the perps are versed in what seems the ancient art of murdering covertly like poisons and chemicals, which every TI who has been targeted this way knows is the case...they KNOW about the use of disease to get rid of an advesary/target/victim.

Then YOU know how to counter this and that is your return fire. Dont let the perps murder you this easily. If these people are historically connected to others like them we read about from antiquity then they are used to moving in shadows and use a very light hand in what they do. It is to thier advantage to make things appear circumstancial or natural in thier happening.

Each of these situations were and are battles in the war.

Now I want you to realize that everything I just wrote could and will be read by them thus perhaps making them more aware of counter tactics. Always prepare for that as well.

Recall what I overheard in the shelter once months ago "Who cares what she drops into her drink, as long as its not illegal!" Two naive black women (or so it appeared) speaking about someone being very curious about my tinctures I use in my drinks. If they actually beleive that its all intel gathering for the purpose of a drug investigation or that its some drug prevention based cause stalking then these are the kinds of people who help the perps and will get you killed with their carelessness. The perps want to know everything becuz everything means something to them. If they can find out what you put into your food then they can now be aware of what you use as cure and then find a way to counter this in some way...or perhaps if they can get a hold of the tinctures they can corrupt them.

Always watch your things and never let anyone have access to your herbs or medicines, especially capsules or liquids.

I am sorry I could not link proof to alot of my recollections I am just too tired to search for them again. I know what I read and saw so please research my claims instead of just beleiving them... I would. I know I cant stand people doing peices like this and not backing up thier work with evidence, but thats how it is for me now.

I truly beleive that some people are denied care covertly as part of organized stalking. I have seen too much to think that people can be that incompetent on the average and I have had too many people who know try to tell me to make them do thier jobs.

OK even I am curious now.
Targets who experience organized stalking, harassment and have been betrayed by family and friends in nasty ways in a pathetic attempt at a Machiavellian type of layered set up at least can say...hmmm, there IS something off here! At the least we know something is wrong with this picture. The technologies....I ignored this issue for years. It was just too..unbelievable. But as I moved from state to state and travelled quickly and sometimes settled in places very different from Boston, I found that the harassment via non physical persons present had to be for real. Too many things happened that cant be just due to exhaustion. The torture got heavy in certain areas and I noted the more heavy handed the nature of the state and city, the more srtong arm the tech torture and harassment.
I then had to realize that all the TI's who were identifying as "TI"s were not these crazies I had to avoid to sound legit. It was the way they were presented that left question in the reader's or listener's mind.
The Sheilding Game is this: to get past all the bullsh*tters in the TI community who either want to sell u something or divert u from effective methods. Once again u must re assess: YES the gang stalking is real. YES the remote influence is real. NO alot of the prescribed methods do not work..NO you are not imagining all this.

YES do your research and make it science based from credible sources. YES question studies that may serve the enemy. YES...there could be useful info within a dis info sight.

I have tried certain methods that work. I believe metal has some use becuz of metal roofing providing relief. But a tin foil beanie at all times...why are there studies for and against? And couldnt people come up with something more...logical (and subtle)? If some humans make claims to being emf sensitive and they are not making claims that go any further than that, does this not at least show the possibility of existence? I had this guy come up to me and say that "you know social groups doing this are alot different than the govt doin it" after describing to me one person who was now targeted who is crazy now. He said the mob did it to him becuz he was straight up competition in business.
He said that is when you really get messed up when its NOT the govt doing it.

Now I hate using terms like 'the govt' but lets say non state and state actors then.
He continued to say that social groups can get into alot of trouble for doing this to people.

It is very confusing.
Especially when people say that a certain intelligence agency is the govt and others say that they are actually a private corporation.
That the CIA is an up and up agency, but there is a 'department' that is separate that did the MK ultra experiments.
Then the CIA becomes this mythical creature and conspiracy theorists run with it
some of whom are disinfo people anyway.
Then anyone who says CIA is a nutter and the very mention creates a slide in peoples minds (they stop listening). [As always you'd need documented proof or at least show cause or some reasonable deduction.]

A plea to all activists posting info

Without the internet I would not have found out what was happening to me on the level of gangstalking and on more involved levels.

But I try to remain reasonable and not go conspiracy nut...I also try to illustrate my points when I can and show proof.
There is so much great info on the web but alot of sites or pieces done by well meaning people, and maybe not so well meaning (disinfo agents) mix up thier research practices. Like there will be some of it that shows a link or reference to documentation to prove the info has a reference and then the same piece will have quotes from people in supposed printed articles but with no reference to prove they exist. Then there is alot of so and so said to so and so " blah blah blah" without any reference as to where this info was obtained from or a person used as reliable sources or testimony.

In order to get anyone to listen to us we have to act like we are already in a court room. Without a forensics lab unfortunately, to prove that any documents aren't fakes..nowadays this is very easy if you have the equipment for such deceptions. Especially if you are from the shadow world of covert warfare where I am sure that brilliant, creative minds came up with such things long ago before the public even heard about such capabilities.

So if you can leave references next to info and use words like 'alleged' next to here say my already tired mind would be appreciative. I want to beleive but its so easy for the naysayers to just write the official line and that squashes any doubt supposedly.

Besides I would be very curious to see the original sources of alot of info out there.

I know that alot of books came out on various subject matter before the internet...some of these had quite good credentials and ....you were allowed to write books like that back then.

Reasons why nobody listens to victims or Targets

As a 'movement' we are disorganized. We are weak. We have too many damaged people arguing amongst themselves (listen to the Jonestown tapes to see where that last theatre/experiement ended up) we are infiltrated with people who are provacatuers and sabateurs who take advantage of afore mentioned. We would need the same resources as the gang stalking system has to survive without the protection of legit law enforcement and law makers.

As individuals we are easily targeted, alot of us are underfunded and losing grip. In person many of us look a mess and are becoming the atypical social outcast. Alot of blogs and websites are not well written as to be understood or are rigid or narrow in the findings from experience and research. Alot of TI's can relate to each other but the public if they viewed this mess would become easily confused...by subject matter they would or could not readily accept anyway.

Another thing that I realized and this is important:

IF YOU HAVE A BLOG OR WEBSITE TRY TO GET ONE THAT IS DESIGNED TO LOOK LIKE HTML OR LOOKS LIKE ON A CHEAP CELL PHONE..what I am saying is that I noticed that what I was reading on my cheap cell phone internet struck me as more beleiveable than on the pc. Why? BECUZ THE GRAPHIC DESIGN STYLE OF THE INTERNET MAKES A CARTOONISH PRESENTATION.
I have noticed over time that the simpler your technology the less interference with your perceptions in general. If only I could post my blogs on the font that is on the HTML tab it would be much more....straight forward.

So the hardcore material that we are presenting is not marketed as hardcore. And this society is all about perception management.

TI's exist mostly in cyber reality. In person we are targets, mostly on the internet we are activists and alot of us can only express what is happening in cyber space. We are not presenting very well nor are we represented very well- on threads and elsewhere.
This is more isolating of TI's via cyber bullying or cyber slander.

Its the same spirit of misrep that goes on in public..
what is most amusing is that on a thread a perp cant say " that person is just crazy" becuz
1) 'that person' is sane enough to use the computer and sound like they have an ordered mind most of the time and 2) 'that person' can read what was just said about him on a thread etc.

In physical reality, often these accusations are behind someones back or right under thier nose but it works more readily to discredit someone. I notice alot of perps saying 'take your medication' is very popular to TI's whereas in person that comment would result in a confrontation.
This is why its so important for the system to keep us isolated from each other and keep cyber reality isolated from physical reality. If everyone who saw you in person read what goes on in your day to day life or what is going on with you intelectually thier may be more understanding.

There is an old saying " Never victimize a person who buys his ink by the barrel"...someone who thinks and writes alot.

Please write blogs, and keep in mind that the perps are going to use anything you write against you so...you have to find a way to keep it all about subject matter. Put others blogs as links that you trust or who seem genuine. Try to keep doing more research and stay logical and reasonable. If you are a TI who is not blogging you are dangerously disconnected. Also the public will see there are more and more targets. You have to find a way to make it so you are still safe however. Do it anonomously if necessary or change the name.

I often wonder why targeted people do not use the internet or blog or at least do research.

I am so tired of the disinfo and the infiltration. I wont even meet with a TI anymore or email. I just wonder how many true TI's there really are in numbers.

Please understand that before you write a blog the purpose of it...if you can use it to fight the perps and the system then do that. If you feel that it would victimize you further then dont.

The main reason that people dont hear us is that they do not want to get targeted. I beleive alot of people know about this system. It would be interesting to know what people truly understand about all this...if the public are the a-holes that they appear becuz they readily turn away from us as we die.

As a TI you have to come up with one sensible time line/story line for your situation. It makes more sense to the viewer. Be concrete and if you dont have facts dont use terms like 'the elite' or 'the illuminati' or other imaginary friends..(I know that these groups are NOT imaginary but in order to make a direct hit you need a target and that is why they keep us in the dark, so we have nothing to react to or retaliate against. Unless you have proof of groups involvement or you can give serious testimony I wouldnt go with blaming these groups.)
The only reason I have in the past mentioned satanists is becuz my perps have insisted on flashing the horned god sign numerous times in numerous states. And satanists were mentioned by a perp years ago. There is a connection to satanism and the military as well as other issues but again its a set up. You have to be able to say that perpetrator lead you to beleive...etc. not just that you THINK it might be whatever group.
This would show cause, that someone is baiting you at least if not outright involvement of certain groups.

Nobody listens to us becuz they feel they dont have to. If you put your case in the right way, they will have to see there is sense in it.

I want to add that as a TI you are always a victim of mind control either through brainwashing via the gang stalking itself or thru technology or both. If you are a tbmc survivor to begin with then the system is trying to take you from your original handlers into this new system.
None of this is easy to combat and it is not your fault.

You are fighting a system that incorporates the compliance if not the assistance of the very people who are supposed to protect you from crimes THIS hayniss. (no idea how to spell that).

FBI involvement in organized stalking

OK so there are a bunch of org stalk sites that have all this FBI content. BUT HOW DO YOU KNOW IT IS THEM? Where is the proof of FBI involvement in your case as a TI?

I have a COINTELPRO link but it's really to describe the infiltration into activist groups for TI's who should take caution when doing activism. And it describes alot of the same actions taken against people especially to ensure activists never form into anyone powerful.

But I personally have no proof of any FBI involvement...does any other TI? I mean real proof like taking footage of perps and running plates and finding out it's feds. Maybe finding out your name is on some list of suspects or investigation.

As usual USE CAUTION...this is why we are called 'nutters'..becuz its all this daily guessing games. (This behavior or style of TI's is a result of extreme trauma from being stalked and harassed and it is also in my experienced opinion a result of being under the influence of remote influencing technologies in addition to the latter trauma. In short, it's hard for alot of TI's to think straight.
For instance the only reason I am able to sound reasonable at this very moment of this writing is I am somewhere that I seem more unaffected than usual. But in a university library, especially certain ones, I find myself unable to keep a flow of thought and remain focused on my subject matter, I find myself being alot less intelligent than I am capable of. There IS something going on especially in the cities with dumbing down, confusion and repetitive suicide ideation.)

vigilantes, hate groups, crime-who's on first?

After a time TI's become used to the merry-go-round of disinfo and misinfo as par the course of being a Targeted Individual. It's as aggravating as the old comedy routine "Who's on first?" The only difference is that the audience probably had MORE info about what was going on in that comedy routine than TI's have about what is really going on with our situations.

That is why the workplace mobbing piece was so comforting. In my mind the subject matter stays alive-solid and vivid. It has a name and it is defined. It has been given validation.

The concept of what is happening to me on a given day fades in and out. It becomes other things. Other ideas take over.
I believe society's flimsy "You're just crazy" rationale is illogical and unreasonable considering the corruption and cruelty involved. What is happening is definitely criminal in nature and I am a victim of crime and I have been terrorized. There has been a systematic destruction of my life and much deception has been employed.
On the lower levels of motive, yes there was crime as society is familiar with involved. A therapist info pumped me and then tried to erase what she had done with intimidation but she screwed it up. She asked me "Where is ____?" R:" She moved away. She went to ___" Therapist: "Well, do you know where she went?!" R: " To live with her parents in ___, that's all I know"....(so she just pumped me for info either on behalf of the police or the gs system or the overlap thereof. To cover up what she had done she tried to intimate that I was imagining things: Therapist: Eyes up in her head "Yer probably just making it up to get attention" (I had been telling her there was harassment and I was told by people around me that it was an investigation concerning others that would go away once they realized I knew nothing of import.) "You know other girls I see for therapy are actively doing what you used to do and they aren't getting harassed!"....

The tactic she tried to employ was the typical 'its all yer fault'. The thing is it was so obvious she had just gotten info out of me for someone who was looking for ______. Use and abuse. Attempting to pump me for info concerning the former resident of my apartment and then intimidating the person you just pumped for info.

So sometimes because of all the invalidation I think "I know from my research that mc survivors get gang stalked. I know that this is the way. My mind begins to wander daily...without validation and with so much INvalidation from the org stalk system.

So then its vigilantes...or hate groups. Or its because I deserve it..or its the ex association with a criminal mess that somehow ended up the real criminals got great lives and my life is ruined-its because that perp told me "Oh well, it doesn't pay to be poor" so maybe I couldn't afford to pay anyone off...ETC, ETC..Round and round and..

The mind games, the psych war along with what any TI can tell battle wear down.
It messes up your vision of the truth. Your former sharp and brilliant mind is reduced to a soup.

A constant running through possibilities because what is really the Truth-you keep getting threatened. From the beginning there was the threat, the veiled intimidation of labeling you if you told the truth. Your family is in agreement and so is everyone else that one wrong move, one mistep and you are as crazy as they tried to make u out to be in 2005..the ambulance is there in Kenmore, especially when there is a perp there who antagonizes you..they keep checking u out. Maybe they are first responders....maybe they have the authority to make a quick judgement on your mental state. Stay the course Rach--walk the tight rope every minute of ever day. They are watching they are waiting...eventually they will win. Don't say the wrong thing or make the wrong move..

You are always wrong and need behavior modification. So here is our new strategy for dealing with you. Either you give into pressure and conform and abandon working on telling your story(good for us) or you stick so hard to your prime directive and we discredit you for life and eventually get you labeled.

That is alot of pressure along with trying to figure out what is really going on.

All I know is that I would not believe any of what is said in the activist forums. There is alot of "It IS the govt it IS the CIA. It IS the military." What proof do they have?
Then there are certain internet activists who want you to believe it IS indeed 'hate groups' or it is definitely community policing.

I have personally been led to believe that its my old criminal associates doing this and I was told that I had to " be made manageable" because that is what people do in business. And as the harassment persists I am told by the same person that "Geez, they are going to let you know you were inconvenient". And this is a person who is trying to help..when they are not enjoying psyching me out.
When I left town on a road trip to clear my head in 2005 it was repeated to me the idea that I was "running from the FBI".
And the man I was with told me that I should simply stay firm and show I cant be intimidated.

Then you have my mothers factions who seem to slip and let me know by conversations like " Shh, her mother is trying to get her labeled as mental, don't say anything."

First you are made to feel that you committed a crime or were framed or that the feds want you to blab about your knowledge about former associates. Then it is intimated that people think you are crazy and mentally ill and if only you give in to this, you will be protected and even given housing (bribe). And all along the way people are intimating that you were accused of robbing a bank, of being a terrorist, a pedophile, a drug dealer, on drugs, of murderer.
It makes it difficult to really understand who is behind this or why its really happening.

You'd have to be like 5 people to be guilty of all that you are accused of..sensory overload is what all that is.
But for what purpose..to gas light you to drive you crazy.

That is all you need to know is that there is a system of gas lighting and you are the target.

If people think you are nuts that is their problem...they don't know the whole story anyway and they don't know you.

This however is an easy way out for a public that does not want to face their own actions nor the actions of criminals and corruption.

Its not so hard to understand....it is right in some song lyrics.

Its par for the course in victim witness intimidation among crime syndicates...why is this so hard for people to understand? What..cuz my mother is involved?? There have been plenty of instances of child abusers still being abusive when the child is grown or to cover for the grown child starting to remember stuff. Also, there have been cases where the parent was involved in organized crime and tried to waste their own child per business activities.

You have to be realistic about the world we live in. Corruption is a major cash cow...gang stalking: criminals banding together for protection and profit. Its not that hard to understand.

That is the bottom line..so dont let people get you in a net or web all tied up trying to figure out who did what and who is behind all this. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW FOR SURE THE WHOLE STORY OF YOUR CASE WITHOUT INVESTIGATION, TESTIMONY AND DOCUMENTATION.

That is the reality of the situation.

Steps to preserve integrity

All the while as a Target you should be thinking about your own case..not the NWO. I know that its the big picture and it is valid. But you must not fall into mindless group think. Knowing what your own circumstances are is very important.
Try to put together why you are targeted.

As far as all this info you get from people and groups..always do your own research. If you want to be as credible as possible then you have to keep connecting your ordeal to what people know about and what is credible in the 'real world'..even though thier knowledge is limited of what is going on in the big picture.

Say for instance somone tries to interest you in Magellans disease..

I was researching parasitic disease at one time and I had looked at this phenomena and found it curious. It was interesting that no one seemed to want to validate its existence even though people claimed to be suffering from it. I left it at that.
When I was travelling thru CA this homeless guy was just standing there in this soup kitchen type place in Sacremento. He had the black marks on his lip and I simply took it in and ignored it becuz it is not my concern primarily though intriguing.
The alleged TI that approached me the other day just HAD to show me a piece that said that Magellans was an alien strain and there were pictures of it moving on someones face.

I look back now and see that the guy in CA was likely just a diversion.

Its all to see if they can get you interested in things that are not really of concern to you as diversion.
If you have time to research such things fine...but do not let people throw a million conspiracy items your way and link them all together. Eventually the TI sounds like a nut or they are an operative acting like a nut.

THIS IS ESPECIALLY A TACTIC THEY WILL USE ON TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL SURVIVORS AND MILITARY MILABS. BECUZ YOU HAVE BEEN SO TRAUMATIZED WITH THINGS THAT JUST DO NOT REGISTER AS 'REALITY' THAT YOU MAY STILL BE VULNERABLE MENTALLY.

I know it is difficult. Just staaaayyy focused and follow reason. There are research resources that make hypnosis, druggings, brainwashing, hypnosis and human experiementation realistic and credible.
Psy warfare is real.

This is what I did. I studied everything I could about everything for reference in my mental files. I added this onto whatever else was in there from previous research.
Then after realizing that the system tries to gorge you on info as diversion I picked files that were only important to ME and my situation.
This way you create your own internal world to replace the one they have taken from you and what you focus on is about YOU and what YOU know to be true..not the circus of bs.
The other info can be used for later reference if needed.

Its called minding your OWN business...something the perps need to learn desperately.
It pays off as knowing yourself always has...this something they cannot take away from you becuz I am sure you had some kind of life where at least you thought you had privacy.

Why the TI movement is ineffective

Its very simple.
The genuine TI's are so traumatized that its almost impossible to get anything done. All the different kinds of people that are supposedly active and why is it that nothing gets done?
One has to remember that the TI community is riddled with people posing as Targets or concerned about TI issues.

I call them operatives becuz that seems to be the best term for them. How they all come together and who they specifically work for I do not know.
They are simply part of the org stalk system itself.

If a targeted individual is smart enough to ever even know they are targeted by a system that has a name and that there is info on the internet then being a citizen of the USA or Europe, supposed democracies, a TI will naturally seek out assistance through activist groups.
This leads to involvement with the gang stalking activism network or the 'TI community'.

Then they become mistrustful of other TI's due to operatives, criminal opportunists and gang stalking perps posing as TI's. Some of these people are damn convincing but one should never trust anyone unless they have been thoroughly investigated or at least your feeling or vibe about them is solid. If yer dealing with intelligence agencies or mercenary corporations that do the same work nowadays, I am sure they know how to provide legit cover for people working for them.

You would need the same system as the organized stalking system itself to know if people are who they really claim to be in the TI community.
It s ineffective becuz the perpetrators operate within a criminal enterprise. They are predators and they feel they chose thier pray carefully. Someone vulnerable, alone, uneducated, without power, singled out in a group a sacrificial lamb, expendable etc.
The system wears them down and they become like prisoners in a POW camp or brainwashing facility. This becomes the best advantage of the people who are informants, provocatuers and handlers of targets.
Think of the organized stalking system as a carnival you have been forced into-everyday you leave your home or even within it. They keep you isolated in this world. The people in the forums posing as TI's and helpfuls are the people in the shadows at that carnival.
They can be the most truly dangerous becuz they have another way to gain your vulnerability that no one else yet has had....they claim they were abducted into the carnival too.
Sadly they are just another part of it.

As far as my experience goes, some TI's are just tired and being targeted so hard they are easily swayed. There are also TI's who are resemble mind control victims and any con is going to take advantage of that.

My main complaint is that there is no policing of the TI community to keep real victims safe..that is understandable becuz when you are working with a crime that is blacked out be the media for the most part, is denied officially and seems to be supported by members of those who claim to protect us in our society you are outside the parameters.
And the tactics are endless. Good perp bad perp. People claiming to be doing us all a service by outing agents and operatives.
These people create chaos...another form of diversion and mind game.

Being a TI without resources is like being an astronomer in meidival Europe...all you can do is see as much as you can from your little vantage point on Earth and try to use math (in this case deduction) to fill in the blanks of what you cannot see.
The most infuriating thing is that alot of others seem to know what is out there...this makes your betrayers and the perps who are strangers to you-the whole system is now god to you. They like it that way I can tell.

Perps wihtin the TI system only serve to enslave the TI more.

These people could perhaps hail from old intergen 'perp' families who know that this covert system has always been so anything on the surface is joke and they know it, or they are simply criminals who know they way the world really works. They could be programmed and have no idea why they are such bastards and feel there is nothing wrong with it or simply just a-holes who are born to engage in such behaviors by nature and take up what the org stalk system offers them as benefit for thier bad behavior.

Keep in mind one thing. All genuine TI's are opressed people, thier lives have been ruined and they face death.
Also, TI's are either genuine or they are not: they are perps. End of story.
The grey area is a TI who is so new, so mind controlled and so truamatized or drugged that they make mistakes that harm other TI's or the movement.

You can only judge for yourself I only provide information that will be helpful. There is no way to tell what TI is genuine if you are without resources. For those of us that are very isolated or always around people who may be in on it, the only way to tell if people are off is through intuition, deduction or limited research resources. Some people have an external network like policeman who are helpful unofficially etc.

I question the validity of all TI's claims. How do you know exactly who it is you are dealing with on the internet? or the telephone? In person it becomes obvious faster. On the phone can be quite revealing if you know what to look for.

I was fortunate...I was so expendable, so vulnerable and so poor that the operatives, criminals and perps would just attack me on calls or in person and not care about me leaving the groups...it seemed in fact that they wanted me out of the groups as fast as possible.
I have no money to scam and I ask too many logical questions about the inconsistencies of the movement. I am very undesirable. I am physically attractive and a trauma based mind control survivor so perps have and always will try to get me to live with them or go off with them so they can use me for sex or physical labor and attempted abuse.
Why they think I'd put up with this is partially due to the smear campaign I assume.

So perps know our weaknesses and they go after whatever they feel they can take for themselves. Becuz the law is in on it and everyone else is afraid of getting targeted no one will protect us or help us so we must protect ourselves.

All TI's are slaves to this system. I beleive pedophilia, drugs, money and human experimentaion and greed are at the core of the organized stalking system. There may be other causes I do not know. But those motives are never going to be argued with.

The thing that is so bad about the system is that it seems to cover its weaknesses while exposing all of ours.
If you make claims the psychiatic community is right there waiting to label you-with out investigation. They also cover for alot of the targeting with technologies thru perscribing medications-I am talking about simple stuff like sedatives and anti depressants.

If you call the FBI they say they dont deal with organized stalking. The police I have been told, smear you within the departments if not outright as 'crazy'amongst themselves and the community. Of course-the corrupt core is part of the harassment and stalking.

Organized stalking is not officially recognized even though workplace mobbing is- and no one has made laws against workplace mobbing! (or cyber stalking)

So the real Targets are left with no way out of this mess as well as no advocacy, no protection and no recourse.
This along with the public being innocent of such practices is what drives most TI's to suicide.

I cannot think of a system that would handle this kind of corruption. Especially if the all seeing eye system that is in place now to handle true crminals is being utilized to keep TI's down...it should be used to stop the targeting of people.

The movement is ineffective becuz TI's are people who the system finds negotiable and expendable. The TI becomes traumatized is too much for TI's to deal with and without resources most TI's will not make it.
The forums are full of predators.

You cannot possibly trust other people in a system that utilizes deception this much. It's suicide in itself.

I met someone the other day and it was too convenient. I was tired to I went along but if this person is a true TI she is now a good little mc victim. They got her joined to a group, she is not focused on her own case but every conspiracy theory on the planet and she is all over the place. Classic handling of a trauma victim.

Alot of human experimentees and tbmc survivors end up in this system. It's easy for exploiters to use trauma on them to control them becuz all thier lives have been trauma. So when someone says "I beleive they are going to take all the homeless and round them up soon" a trauma survivor may beleive this.
Especially if thier case involves mc tech being used on them as well as the druggings and the stalking/harassment. They are under remote influence at any time that may make them more suggestable than usual or anxiety ridden.

DO NOT FEEL BADLY OR LOOSE HOPE.
You have been victimized.
ORGANIZED STALKING IS THE HEIGHT OF VICTIM WITNESS INTIMIDATION. Not only are you being contained becuz of something you know
but u r being contained becuz now you know and can testify to the existence of the containment system itself.

The TI movement must be ineffective. If it were effective it would be wiped out or key members would be. It is essentially a containment area for TI's. You can meet real targets and I hope some groups DO get something done about this. I really do.
But in all the time the oldest TI's have been around there is yet to be a stop to it.

Its ineffective becuz it is an overt attempt to tangle with a system that is covert. Really that is the simple answer.
